I went here a while ago for a hearing test, and the woman asked me if I could hear the beeps, to which I responded 'yes' or 'no' and whenever I said no, she would tell me 'yes you can' and move on, so I of course got no help with my hearing problems

My appointment was in Oshawa Ontario. It was a prompt appointment, the instructions were very clearly explained to me during the testing. I like that they referred me for a more medical type exam before I decide whether hearing aids are my best solution. That said to me they are not just looking to sell their products.
