Fountain Tire

Highly recommend these guys. My wife and I just moved up to the area and we’re looking for both our vehicles to get tire swaps both in and off rims. They were very available, very friendly, well priced and service was quick. This will be our go to tire center for as long as we are here. Great spot and will be recommending to friends/family.

Outstanding service! Ryan and the team had my vehicle in and out of the shop with new tires in a timely manner. New tires were put on and balanced. Any other known issues were either mentioned or resolved! I definitely recommend them for any tire or maintenance needs. Shop and office area pretty well organized. Well done fountain tire!

I just wanted to share my experience with Gord N of fountain tire cambridge. I was on my way to work and hit a patch of black ice and my vehicle slid off the road into a deep ditch. I was stuck and needed a tow. No trucks could get to me for Atleast an hour. I was on the verge of calling in sick to work when Gord N pulled over and offered to try and pull me out. I happily accepted. To my surprise, without a tow truck, Gord was able to get me back on the road within minutes. Not only did Gord save me from having to wait for a tow truck and the fees associated with that, but he also saved me from having to call in to work. I offered to pay this man to show my appreciation but he didn't want anything from me, he was just glad to help. Given that we are in a global pandemic and the road conditions weren't great I'm not sure many people would have bothered to pull over to ask if I was ok, never mind assisting getting my vehicle out. To me, this speaks volumes about the type of employees that work for fountain tire and I will be glad to take my future vehicle related business there. Thank you Gord and God bless you

I needed the four tires on my travel trailer changed. They were reasonable in price and very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend them l. Be mindful that they work with big hauler trucks so their yard may be hard to maneuver in if there a big trucks around.

Purchased winter tires, rims and sensors from Ayr location and the boys were fantastic. For the size I needed, great price value and they got me in quick to add the sensors and fill the nitrogen s well. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and it was quick, easy and painless. Would highly recommend this location of Fountain Tire to all my friends and colleagues

I had a ball joint fail on my service vehicle and I called and explained my situation. The service manager totally understood that I needed the vehicle back on the road as soon as possible and fit me in straight away. The repairs were completed within 3 1/2 hours and my vehicle was back on the road. I will be telling everyone about my great experience and will now be using them for my personal vehicles as well. I wish I could give them more stars on their rating. Thanks so much to Tim and Rick for their fantastic service.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars to Fountain Tire Ayr for the very reason that I have never had work done here personally but have delivered tires here many a times. The entire staff here are so friendly and helpful that it needs to be said for those looking as a 1st time customer. These guys will make your 1st time and every time a great experience.
