Don’t go there and waste your time.I've tried going here twice for a tune up on two bikes. Walked in with bith bikes and waited 10 minutes for someone to come talk to me. Once I talked to someone, they asked the manager if tune ups were OK at the moment. After looking at my bikes he says he didn’t have enough space and couldn’t offer me service. I offered to leave my bikes there for two weeks even, but no. Then I offered to come back in May and the manager said it would be worse. At this time I asked if he was suggesting I seek services from somewhere else and he more or less said yes. So I left the store with both bikes feeling very frustrated and like they could care less about the client or the service they advertise.Don’t waste your time going to this shop.

Went for tuning up my bike to get ready for 75K Baycrest Charity. Excellent Customer Service with human touch and great service. As the race is on June 4th, they instantly performed the tune-up without charge even though they were backlogged for two weeks. What a tremendous gesture for the good cause. I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Pedalinx Bike shop! Honestly, they are the best in how they explain things to beginners to pro. They are all very professional, extremely helpful and just pleasant all around. I worked mostly with Peter and his team and they are all very helpful and I'll definitely recommend this place. Thanks again for assisting us in buying the right bicycle for my son and myself plus fixing my daughter's old bike. Oh we all love our bikes.

What an experience! Pierre was nothing but absolutely amazing. Had us ready to go in 5 minutes and was very honest and professional. Most Bike shops don't give any guarentees during the busy season but with Pierre's experience and expertise we had our bike situation fixed and resolved at minimal cost without taking more then 5 minutes. Been a customer for years! Best store around for bikes, parts, service, and information. Peter and the team go above to make sure all your needs are met and any questions are answered. Never over charge and honest! Highly recommend.

Fantastic bike store! Peter, Carl and all the rest of the staff members are so nice and super helpful. They know their stuff and will go out of their way to help you with buying or fixing your bike. This is a great store for checking out the Specialized Bikes too! Lots of selections and good inventory of accessories for the bike. I highly recommend supporting this LBS.

Went for a new set of peddles. Better choices and cheaper then Canadian Tire or Walmart with actual good service. The kind gentleman switched them off for me right there, adjusted the seat level for my proper height and checked the air on the tires. Earned my return business.

Best guys to deal with i drive from Etobicoke to service my bikes here the mechanic is really good, they will only fix what needs to be fixed and won’t do unnecessary work. Talk to Peter and he will take care of you…

The customer service at this place can't be matched!!! Peter and his team is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and extremely willing to share their expertise especially when it comes to do repairs on the roadside. I live in Burlington but have been driving to this place to get excellent quality of workmanship and service. Highly Recommended!!!

Amazing Guys! I went for the replace of the kids bike tyre tube for 7 year old bike. And they only charged me for the tube not the Labour and replaced the tube on the bike for me. The owner said we don’t charge for the little kids! Wonderful owners! Amazing service I got the bike back in 10 mins! Amazing service! Beautiful shop and really nice collections of bikes.
