Shoppers

Accidentally purchased the wrong percentage of cream from this store so immediately went back to return it. Was told that all food items are non-refundable.. I looked at the Shoppers return policy and found no such policy, so went back to dispute. Lady said it was a location-specific policy, but couldn't show me any proof of that. In this economy with how expensive groceries are, you'd think they'd show a little compassion. Will not be shopping here anymore, who knows what other policies they're making up just to screw over customers.

It’s a nice and convenient store like every other Shoppers expect there’s one unprofessional staff. I tried to return something and she called for another staff by saying she had no patience doing the return for me because it’s too complicated. And guess what, it’s true, she was inpatient

Staff are lovely especially Leanne and Havinder(?)
