I recently dropped my Samsung J3 off the roof of my car, screen was all smashed to bits and my phone would not power up, i took my phone to The cellular walk in clinic on portage ave, only for them to have my phone for 48 hrs, then to tell me that it was a complete loss, none of my contacts and business information was salvageable and wanted to charge me 120$ !!, I walked in to The Mobile Shop @ 1385 Sargent Ave, where the two awesome guys are always there to help ! Within 10 minutes Prabhjot Gill, had my business phone contacts and all my very important information all restored, I was so excited!!, This young man helped me out so much, I just want to say Thank-you Again, You Are Really THE BEST!! Helpful, informative and knowledgeable. Didn't try to up-sell me something I couldn't afford. Sent me to the right place to get my phone unlocked at no additional cost. Verified all information/instructions they gave me. Activated a Public Mobile SIM on my behalf, so that I could get service immediately. Would use these folks again.

The service I got at the shop was absolutely amazing. Terry and Akash were really nice and friendly. Once they learned I am from Ukraine they provided me with lots of helpful information about different services in Winnipeg. Terry went out of his way fixing my phone and spent almost two hours to make sure everything worked properly. Thank you very much for your help! Highly recommend the shop and the service there.

Went to The Mobile Shop to get a new phone as I do every few years. I dealt with Terence who was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure I got the best deal! He and the manager Ignatious worked as a team to complete the process quickly and efficiently! I have known Ignatious for over 10 years and he has always been a true professional!There is no doubt that I will return in the future for my next phone! Akash was also extremely helpful and professional when I traded in my old phone!
