This is probably easily the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to in terms of consistency. They have messed up or missed items on my order just about every single time I have been to this location. Pared with my issues of them not making my mobile orders on time in the morning or straight up Missing the order entirely is ridiculous. I could go on and on about this location. I’ve worked at a Tim Hortons so I understand what it’s like working storefront but this place needs to get it self in gear big time

Avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs. Please.I often come here to get coffee and the coffee is totally fine, aside from somewhat excessive wait times.I made the mistake of getting a breakfast sandwich on my lunch break. The picture attached does not do the situation justice; the English muffin were both ice cold (like genuinely ice cold, hard in the middle from being half frozen, if you know what I mean) and so was the slice of American cheese. When I complained, the worker took the sandwich back, threw it in the microwave, did not apologize or even say anything at all when handing it back. Not to mention the English muffin was half carved out, as shown in the picture.I’m usually not bothered by reasonably unpleasant experiences at restaurants given that I have served in the past and understand how stress can cause errors, but this was inexcusable. This is my first ever review and I don’t plan to go around and leave more. I just could not not say something.Please just avoid this place at all costs.

Slowest one in the city! They have never made the cold brew right and every other breakfast order had been wrong! So, we don't go anymore

ZERO STARS. I've tried this location several times but it's always the same theme. It would appear although nobody knows how to make espressos or lattes. Always a flimsy excuse as to why it can't be done. Today was an espresso bean shortage. I waited in the drive thru behind several vehicles, wasted my time, yet again. Will never return to this location.

Worst Tim Hortons.Always have issues, no supply of items, wrong drink given - coffee instead of tea, Always an issue even with the simple orders, was told today they don't carry steeped tea any longer. If zero stars was an option that is what they would get.

Why does the bathroom always look like 400 men used it after a Medieval raid? No soap today and toilet paper all over the floor. No indication that it is ever checked. Tim Horton is rolling over in his grave.

Ordered two plain bagels with cream cheese and got charged for three and not a plain bagel to be seen, and only one has cream cheese.

We went in to order and were the only people in line and was actively ignored for 10m. We waited another 10-13m for our order. When we got it, we only got half of it because it was rung in incorrectly. After asking for the bagel they missed we were forced to wait AGAIN to pay for it and they refused to comp it. The manager didn’t really seem to care and did not apologize.

I expect as anyone would - to be able to scan for roll up when it's in season, refusing to accommodate or have back up when clearly head office has an expressed interest in their customers using the app.Not having a back up - probably had about 100 or more individuals before me - not happy with this. I certainly wasn't - I am maximizing my $ & chances to win (let's not talk about the people who thought they won $10,000)What's more frustrating is the lack of options & a fairly annoyed assistant manager when I'm queried options instead of taking an immediate no for an answer.

I went through the drive thru and one of the elderly women inside couldn't understand me. It wasn't my fault at all, and I just apologised for my sake. She then told us that if things get complicated in the drive thru, we should call 911. I literally just repeated my order through the microphone, nothing further was stated or shown, and the coffee they gave me was incorrect. To be honest, I've visited almost everyTim Hortons in St Catharines and can confidently state that this is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever visited.
