Shoppers Drug Mart

Pharmacy workers are exceptionally rude. Been dealing with these people since 2010 consistently and they’re just not nice. Special shout out to the big one with freckles for making every visit a panic attack.

Just shared a friendly hello on Christmas day with the pharmacy staff of shoppers in CBS!.Keith is the sweetest and friendliest of them all!Such a great relief to meet such great people on today of all days !Thanks for being open.Merry Christmas shoppers :]

Place seems hopping with people. I've shopped in here a couple times in the past. It had the items I needed, it seemed clean and stocked.Today I happen to be waiting in the parking lot as my daughter attends a function near by and we are from further away, not a regular spot for us to be. So I figure park up, grab some food and take care of some business while mobile. I'm snacking on items bought at the neighbouring restaurant to pass the time and casually look around waiting for the time to pass. The 3 hours I sat here, the gentleman tending to the shopping carts are very prompt at regularly picking them up to return inside. It didn't matter if it was 10 carts or two. There is at least one hard worker ensuring buggies are available.Parking lot seems fairly clean and customers coming out don't appear to be upset or inconvenienced so I assume it was a good experience for them. Sometimes it got really busy in the parking lot though. Spots were limited or exiting the area became challenging.I just had to admire the dedication of the staff member who kept retrieving the carts because I could always hear the buggies rattling as they were grouped up to move.If the buggies are tended to promptly it illustrates other matters inside should also be in order.I never had an issue before at this location. As I travel this side of the island more, I would be a confident repeat customer here.We've always had good experiences inside and outside this Shoppers Drug Mart.

Pharmacy staff is amazing. Have run into trouble a few times where I haven't been able to get refills done by my doctor, and the pharm team makes sure I have enough pills until I can get a full refill. They acknowledge me by name when I visit, and are always incredibly friendly!

Great pharmacy team, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly :) plus you can shop while you wait for your prescriptions ! Great customer service with a cheerful atmosphere! :)

Went to pick up a package at the postal outlet inside shoppers in CBS but they closed early on a Saturday! Closed 4:50 pm. If the postal hours have changed they should advertise them.

Stock wise it is usually good with full shelves but long lineups at the cash and yesterday, October 11 2016, there was a tall Pharmacist working and when I assistant told him someone wanted to speak with a Pharmacist, he puffed and signed and said they will have to wait". After a long wait he slowly moved his way to me and talked as if he was doing me a favour and my question was silly because he knew the answer and I did not."

The two ladies on the desk are great! They've helped me so much this past two weeks. They ensure I buy the proper shipping materials and provided packing tips to reduce shipping costs!! They've saved me a couple dollars so far! Amazing staff, they deserve a raise.

Terrible customer service, im suffering a terrible toothache, and infection. I was given a prescription and needing it filled right away and unable to leave work she said no they need it in person. I was coming with my prescription when I picked up the medication.... they wouldnt give it to me without the script when I came in anyways so im not sure what their issue was. Im so sick and this is the help I received which was nothing. I told her I will be leaving this pharmacy and she sa9d okay and hung up. I wish I could remember her name she defintly shouldn't be working where you have to deal with the public and public in pain. Since Covid no one cares about your well being its just get in and out and goodbye. I will never shop at shoppers drug mart again.
