A decent family clinic. They accept walk-ins. Doctors are helpful and keen to look after their patients. Front desk staff is very helpful. Please call ahead of time to ask about availability of doctor or specific services. Sometimes they do have to turn people away as doc might not be scheduled to work that day. No working email is an issue. It would make communications much easier in some cases. A good team though.No immunization and pap tests on Saturdays. Patients can no longer leave and come back. You must remain seated till your turn.

Reception isn’t the best to be honest, the doctor gets their job done… but reception either looks at you like THEY don’t want to be there, or they don’t want YOU there, I really can’t tell.**P.S more of a warning: they like to shut down early when they have no patients, therefore if it says it closes at 5 call before you go incase they decided they were tired of waiting for patients**

My family and I have been going to this clinic for 10+ years. Dr. Attia is a gentleman and an excellent professional. The front desk is always cooperative and helpful. Their lab. support is an added asset and the staff members know their job. I have seen people complaining of the wait time without thinking of their own behavior and not understanding the reasons of the wait time. Get an appointment and have patience.

Very very very bad and ill mannered receptionist!!!! She kept me waiting for 2 hours and with 3 sick kids and my self sick too. She didn’t let me drop my health card and leave b/c other patients will complain but let other patients to drop their health card and leave. Very very pathetic. She didn’t even care for the kids who were sick!!!!I wish i could give them a zero star!!!!!Never going to come here ever again in my life!!!!

New patient experience:A joke. I was ignored, given attitude and made to wait an hour for a doctor to see me in an empty waiting room. I called the clinic in the next plaza and their wait time was 15 minutes. I just need a requisition. Not until I requested my file and info back was I given the ten minutes I needed for the form to be signed.They pick and choose. They were making up rules and regulations without any signs or notice (big walk-in sign but they only want walk-ins on certain days). When I called them i was told don't call us, we'll call you and I've yet to be called back 4 days later.Won't be back, wouldn't recommend. Rude front desk staff. Slow and selective patient treatment. Ontario's tax dollars being wasted.

Called them before coming, asked whether or not to book an appointment, the lady on the phone said no

I go to this clinic since many years ms.Sujata the secretary always helps us a lot .The doctors are also very helpful. And good customer service really appreciated.

Not a very good experience here. Was told 30 minute wait, I waited 3 hours. People that arrived after me were offered to see the Dr within 15 minutes of their arrival, even after I had at there for 1 and a half hours. Receptionist was rude, not only to me, but to other people in the waiting room as well. When I finally got a room I waited until after the clinic had closed and the Dr came to visit me. Dr. H. Sangani was very nice, she even joked around and had a positive attitude! I likely won't return here, mainly due to the way that people are selected to get to see the Dr (it isn't first come first serve) and because of the receptionist was rude to many people

Great clinic. Dr. Atia & Dr. Sangani are great knowledgeable doctors. Been coming hete since 5 years. The clinic receptionist tries their best to accommodate walk-in patients whenever they can.
