Just started renting a vehicle spot for my boat and it has been a great experience so far. I was on a short waiting list for a spot and got a call back just a couple days later that it was available. Great customer service and prices and the Third St location is very close to my house so this is very convenient for me. Thanks!

Fast and courteous associates, units are clean and easily accessible.Update April 2023:Had to move to a different company when I needed a larger unit and Forest City did not have one available. Have since moved back because Forest City is more affordable and flexible with customer needs, good place for storage.

I rent two different lockers at the Third Street Location. They helped me pick the second one for size and location. My second locker is temporary and for storing items while I sell my home. The found me a unit that I can drive up to and load/unload. It’s been so easy and convenient. Price is fantastic, service is amazing and the units themselves are impeccable!! Highly recommended.

I have been with Forest City Storage for over a year now, even renting a second storage locker with them as of recently. What blew me away right from the beginning was their level of customer service and professionalism. After some poor experiences inquiring with other rental companies, I was impressed at how easy they made the process. Not to mention, their site is always pristine and they have top notch security. Plus they have the best jokes on their sign out front! If you are looking for storage options, I would highly recommend Forest City Storage! They check off all the boxes!

I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service both over the phone and in person. The security was enough to make me feel safe but not so strict it was annoying. Unit was clean and just as advertised. Highly reccomend. Plus they have a sign they change weekly with clever puns and quotes. We look forward to seeing what they've come up with every week.If you need storage then go here.

The service at the 3rd St. Location is fantastic! Rachel was extremely helpful and thorough and, Gary's follow up call was a great very friendly reminder. The unit I rented was perfectly clean and very convenient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of storage. Quick, clean, easy, secure and, super friendly staff willing to answer any questions and who actually spend the time with their customers to help them make decisions. Can't say enough about them and the prices are more than reasonable for the service and peace of mind you receive in return. Thanks folks! - Unit A6
