Room was clean and beds were alright. Seemed like they were shorter than a regular bed as my feet hung off the end but maybe it was just the pillows. Allowed for a slightly later check out which was nice(12:00). Our room was hotter than a sauna though and the thermostat wouldn’t adjust any lower, had it set to 16° and was still a hot box.

Loved our short visit at Ramada. We had to stop here because our rental car had to be replaced. Me and my kids were safe, warm and had a comfortable stay. Loved the breakfast before heading out again towards Winnipeg.

Paid for a kitchenette and were no dishes/silverware/pans. I asked at the desk for these things (like note in room said to do) The guy on the desk said to go and get paper/plastic in the coffee/breakfast room. When I checked out I said I wanted to be comped to regular room. I was given $20 for both nights. I do believe it should have been a higher amount for the inconvience and being lied to. Manager did call me so he could find out who was working....he only said he would talk to them and did not offer any other compensation. Will not stay there again!!

We stayed at the suite that had two rooms and is a very convenient place of stay for a small family. Clean washrooms which was a plus and and even amazing hospitable hotel front desk was an even plus plus! I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast thou it was just an ok and felt more like frozen food heated up. Overall I’d give it a 4 out of 5

We chose to stay at the Ramada while we renovated our house for two months. We are so happy we chose the Ramada. The staff are outstanding. We felt so welcome and we felt very looked after. The general manager was so very kind as well as all the front desk staff, kitchen staff and housekeeping. The hotel itself is very clean. The breakfast was awesome with a variety of selections to choose from. We can’t express how thankful we are to the staff for all their help during our stay. We felt comfortable and safe at the Ramada.

Unfortunately, I did not get to stay at this property. I accidently booked for 'tonight' and immediately got a hold of Expedia and the Hotel after I clicked reserve. Expedia said they could adjust the date with the hotel's approval, but Robin (the manager at the Ramada) denied the request. After speaking with Robin, he continually brought up the fact that we didn't book direct with the hotel, but ended up saying he would see what he could do for us and promised us a call-back within 30 minutes. We never heard from him again...In the end, it was a terrible experience.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly which was great.But the hotel itself could use some updates. The red chair in my room was broken. The bathroom towel racks were rusty, the “hot breakfast” was cold one morning, but the worst part was not being able to control the temperature in my room properly.Considering hotel prices are pretty close I’ll end up trying another hotel next time I’m in town.
