Canada Post

Never an issue, busy at xmas due to high volumes but that's all locations. good overall service and timely response.

This is the 3rd package I have ordered online and says it's been delivered and there is NO ticket OR parcel at my door... the sender says they cant do anything about it and I need to contact the local post here ... which Canada post never does anything about.. half of my wedding invitations didnt make it to a good chunk of our guests last August, and 3 of our guests live down the street from me ! They never received them .. completely UNACCEPTABLE! Now, I have parcels I've also spent money on and paid distributors for ... and my local post cant even deliver them, or deliver them to the right house ... this is brutal considering I live across the way from the post office .. and out 200$ . Even my prescription medication .. you think they would knock on my door to deliver it to me... instead ( too see what was happening) I watch the post guy walk up to the door stick my ticket on it and walk away ... now I have to wait a whole other day to pick up my medication when its available " at the post office . Ive also found my mail in my yard and not actually in my mail box or door step . The Worst service . They cost me money and I dont get my packages . Now there either at the wrong place or just lost . And then they wonder why everyone uses other companies like FEDEX and purolator. Because you have terrible service and cant get yourselves in gear ."
