This is my second time coming here and because I truly wanted to give this place a second chance and they ruined it and this is only my opinion but the first time I came me and my bf ordered a roast beef sandwich and a smoked salmon sandwich and the bagels were burnt but the ingredients tasted really good!! hence the second chance and all I ordered was a sesame seed bagel with strawberry & cream cheese and it was squashed and burnt again now again ingredients perfect ! I just believe they need to take there timeMaybe I’ll comeback again but for now ima take a break from this place

Give Rachel a raise!!! Her energy and kindness from the moment I walked in hooked me and I know I’ll be a regular now! I mentioned this was my first time visiting and she gave me a free bagel to start! I then ordered the Kettleman Special which was a smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese, tomato, red onion and olives. I had never had smoked salmon before and it was delicious!! I did ask for no onion, but I guess there was a little mix up and my bagel came with onions.. I just picked them out.I enjoyed my bagel so much that picked up a BLT for my dad before I left. He loved it!My only critique is I wish the bagels had more filling.. my dad’s BLT looked stuffed, but my salmon bagel didn’t have a whole lot inside.. otherwise this place is fantastic!Look forward to coming back soon!

Cool new spot in the neighborhood! We enjoyed the sandwiches that we got - flavorful. We ended up getting some bagels to take home and I find that they are much better when fresh.

Had the smoked meat on sesame seed bagel. Don’t know how it could possibly have been any better! PERFECT! Freshly baked bagel with lean smoked meat, really tasty sauce, topped with a pickle! LOVED IT! And the service was just as good! Thank you Amy!

Very clean and appealing atmosphere. One of the servers we had was so kind and offered us complimentary bagels since it was our first time. The bagel sandwiches themselves were very good and filling.

I ordered a vegetarian bagel, it wasreally gud, I also bought a pickel jar from there which was so fresh and yummy. Seating area was heated and it was so rekaxto sit there and enjoy. Very ckean and maintained store.

i just went through the drive-through to purchase a bagel with cream cheese. it ended up being over $5 for this so i was expecting great homemade cream cheese & bagel. but instead i got a cold bagel with hardly ANY cream cheese on it, it’s just kind of annoying considering they do less than the bare minimum for such a crazy price…

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a couple months now.Came in looking to buy a dozen savoury bagels. The sweet girls at the front counter l, Sarah and Scarlet recommended I try the sweet bagels. I’ve never had sweet bagels and didn’t think they would be appetizing but the girls advised me to try them. They bagged me half a dozen bagels free of charge. I took them home and was quite impressed.I am now a long time customer just because of their customer service. They deserve a raise

I received a 2 can dine coupon so I decided to check out Kettlemans Bagel with my fiance. This was our first experience with this restaurant.I ordered the Cubano on an onion bagel and my fiance ordered the turkey on a herb & cheddar. The meals came with two fountain pops and a bag of chips/popcorn each.Our food didn't take long to prepare and we sat inside the restaurant.Overall the food experience was weak. My Cubano bagel was lacking flavour. The onion bagel overpowered the entire sandwich and although it had an enjoyable texture nothing about it said freshly baked to me.My fiance didn't enjoy her turkey bagel and gave me a bite. I was surprised and told her her sandwich tasted better than mine.Originally I had planned to dine and then pick up some extra bagels to take home to enjoy later. After the meal I decided against that.We just weren't impressed and won't be returning.One final note the unisex bathroom was cramped and dirty. Nothing like washing your hands and having to stand literally inside the urinal. Boooo

My first visit and unfortunately not for me. I got a variety of a dozen bagels and a cream cheese “schmear”. I found the bagels to be on the hard side with huge holes and not much to them. Also the schmear I bought was expired by a day. It was still ok to eat, but not sure how long it will last. I should have looked. I live too far to bother going back.However the store itself was neat with a huge wood stove and glass window to watch the bagels being made.
