Made an order in July of 2022. Product didn't ship. Was told I couldn't cancel because special order. Waited another 2 months. Was told the same thing. Finally contacted them today and after 9 months, they said it wasn't coming and they'd cancel. Ordered the same product from a different retailer and got it in 3 days. I'm guessing Henry's didn't even bother with special orders"."

I went to Henry's three days in a row and purchased 6 items, not only because they had what I wanted but also because I was very lucky to meet Anmol and Cory, who are very professional and helped me save time and money.Especially Anmol, when I communicate with him, I feel that he is very professional and stands in the customer's perspective to solve the problem.The next day, when I went to buy something again, I went straight to Anmol, even though he was dealing with other customers. I was willing to wait.I thought Anmol was a veteran of the store, but I was surprised when he told me he had only been working there for a few months. The truth is that he is a professional photographer. I am proud of Henry's for having such a professional staff.

Ordered an item online on Black Friday that showed in stock. After zero notification 2 weeks later I followed up. They told me it was not in stock. Others have reported that they sell things online that they don't have in stock. I wouldn't have bothered ordering if the I knew the item wasn't available as other sellers actually had the item in stock for the same price at the time. I was then told I'd receive my item when in stock with no indicator of when. On Boxing Day I noticed their inventory system showed it was in stock so I contacted them again - they should have simply sent my order without prompting. They told me they would process my order right away which means nothing would have been done without me reminding them. Now it's another 2 weeks later and no email with any follow up. Exceptionally poor customer service. I would not recommend.I am not surprised at the high volume of 1 star reviews.

Do not recommend buying from Henry's. It take more then months to get your items and they do not know when to get it. They should not take money before when they get the items or know when to get it. At least tell costumer it might take more then months. We can not do anything it is up to suppliers. My experience with Henrys camera was Canada's worst Camera store.

Been to Henry's twice to get my newborn baby's picture clicked. The entire staff was incredibly patient and helpful. A special shout out to Gitanjali!! Thanks and highly recommended!!

I bought couple camera gear from henrys camera store. I would like to say something about their staff. There was a guy whose name was Izzat, so he is very kind and helpful. He treated me very professionally. His knowledge about tripods and godox lights was literally impressed me. And I think I bought correct stuff for my demand. I am giving 5 star to henrys just because of this guy. However I cannot say much about others. I went to this store 2 more times but I couldnt see same effort from other salespersons. Anyways, if you need camera stuff or you are interested about cameras, I would recommend these guys. Thanks.

Anmol and Ara worked with unflagging enthusiasm today, registering my trade in of 15 years of accumulated photography gear so I could put the trade in value towards a more streamlined kit that meets my needs now. They remained patient, positive, cheerful and helpful throughout. They even took the time to ensure my partner and our 1 1/2 year old dog were looked after too. This is my first time dealing with Henry’s and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for your hard work you two.
