This place has gone downhill in the last few years. I like supporting locally owned enterprises whenever possible, however after my visit today I won't be bothering. There were no cashiers at tills, only self checkout, their manager Dan was extremely disrespectful about being asked for a cashier, he clearly needs a reminder that people choose to shop at his store.Next time I'll just order connectors from Amazon, sure it'll take a few days to get them but at I won't get talked down to after giving them my money.

Just question why their water refill station costs 2.99 for any size refill instead of different costs for each size container refilled. Cost savings for those filling larger containers but a definite rip-off for those filling 4 litre bottles! Apparently, according to customer service, it is the owner who sets the price.

Needed to get some last minute things, and although a relatively new staff member fielded my questions, her responses were those of authenticity and compassion. Home town feel good all over. Very nice.

Great variety of products and much more than just tires. They have home furnishings, painting supplies, gardening supplies, and sporting goods. Was able to find a replacement oar here when I couldn't find it anywhere else.

Not impressed with CTC management at all. Im from out of town and was shopping at CTC Kenora. Our cell was left at the cashiers till so when I got home and realized it I called CTC to please locate the cell while I rang it over and over and over and over and over. They said they couldnt find it even as the findmycell feature located it at the till. 24hrs later they called from my cell saying it was at the till. lwtf Didnt I say that? A little annoyed that they obviously didnt care to look at all I asked that they please mail it to me at my expense. They flatly REFUSED saying We Dont Do That". All the while waiting on hold the CTC recording went on and on about how CTC customers matter to them. This is the worse kind of business style where even walmart is better.A store is only as good as the management and the guy I talked to is not worth any stars at all but it wont let me do that here."

Nice clean mostly quiet .... some overnight Walmart campers next door ..... otherwise it's a typical Canadian Tire. Check 700 feet further up the road and you will find one of the nicest Campgrounds ever. Asinabe .... spelled wrong.
