Love and love for the Reitmans!! Prices are quite expensive now! I wish they had more grey color pants which we used to have before. But overall a good quality product!

Awful service, rude customer service, so disappointed ((( I drove all the way to buy a dress I liked on website, but they closed the fitting rooms two hour before store closing. I asked them to let me try a dress because I was leaving for vacation next day and can't return or exchange it, but the girl was rude, just keep saying that she already sanitized it((((. I could sanitize it after me if it so difficult for her. They don't care about there customers. It's not a cheap store, the dress was $70. So upset, I never go back to STC location

Cashiers and managers are not at all helpful they don't know anything about customer service. I went in close to closing and purchased a dress. Got home to realize that had a wrong size tag on it took it back in store to get it in my size. Sakshi ordered it online for me when I got it a week later it was in the wrong color. I guess they just hire anyone including people who can't read or differentiate between colors and sizes.

Some staff members are friendly while others are not. While my little puppy was in an enclosed stroller ( I bring him to the mall often and it is fine), when one staff member commented on how cute he is, another coworker ( tall lady who might be the manager) started chatting with the coworker about dogs in stroller. I couldn’t exactly hear what she said but seemed like the tall lady was commenting about my dog…. Didn’t seem too friendly ( at least don’t speak behind a customer’s back), just rude in general. Yes, like many comments stated earlier… some need to review customer service standards.

My favorite clothing Canadian brand I love their long sleeve shirts collection,and their dressy pants they're the best for work. This location is my favorite because the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The cuts, stitching and colours are phenomenal. Perfect for office or casual wear though I'd like to see more full sleeved shirts in their collection. Online shopping has always been a seamless experience and directions for returns are very clear. It's my favourite Canadian clothing brand so far. Made an exchange in store and thought the prices online seemed a little lower.

Great customer service. Went in for a basic white dress shirt and black pants that I found out my daughter needed last minute. Had two different sales associates help me out. Both very friendly and offered a lot of choices. Not 100% sure of what size I actually needed they bother offered great advice.

All the staff in this store that I've encountered are very friendly! I was greeted in a friendly manner and told about promos/sales. The gentleman who helped me with the fitting room was friendly, and finally....the cashier. I don't know of she was a manager, but she also works at another Reitmans location, was amazing to chat with and I didn't hesitate to sign up for the emails due to her manner. Great shopping experience!

I love reitmans clothes but I had a return to make from an online order. It claims there is one located in Scarborough Town Centre and is open. Went all the way there only to find that is totally gone. I wasted a lot of time going there for nothing and then had to trek all the way over to the Eglinton location. You guys need to ensure your location and hours are up to date.
