I don't know if it's just me or them themselves but I didn't have a good as a vibe as I got when I first heard about Pearl Fever.I mean I do like how it's close to the theatres and right next to the bowling alley (those are huge assets!) but the staff aren't really theWhen I came for the 3rd time, there was a staff who was pretty polite. That was a good sign, knowing not everyone there was rough.Bubble tea wise, it's just too expensive! I have been raving on other reviews on how bubble tea is barely 90 cents in Taiwan while here they are literally $7!I understand imported items cost more, but for seven dollars you can fill your stomach for more than bubble tea. There are still some stores selling quality bubble tea for less than $5.Even the toppings here cost more than all the stores I've been to. Sorry, but I might have to skip Pearl Fever next time.

The best bubble tea I have ever had! The moment you walk in, you can smell the sweet, delicious aroma of the boba pearls! The staff is welcoming and super friendly. They have so many amazing flavors and you can pretty much customize any drink to your liking. I introduced my boyfriend to bubble tea and he fell in love with so many different flavours from here. Now we always come here for our late night snack runs.

I had not gone back to this place for a long time until today. Had a pleasant experience. The girl who helped me today made the perfect drink (Oreo twist). I believe it has ice cream in it. Pearls were perfect texture. Made my day. Hit and miss though as previously the drinks weren't consistent.

Always come here after my volunteer schedule. My fav bbt place by far and they taste way better than the ubc branch. I still cant get over the traumatic experience at ubc where the girl totally messed up with my order. So glad royal rocher here tastes just fine. The services always so great too

Updating: I went to different bubble tea store.I was shocked when I saw such a lot of pearls in my brown sugar pearl milk tea. Pearls are above 1/3 of the cup! and I realized that I always got very small amount of pearls here…The staffs are always friendly here and the store is clean. I wish the amount of toppings are little bit more increased and there is at least a washroom!

Their bubble tea is so so good. Love the customizable bubble tea feature. (more or less ice, more or less sweet, etc). Staff always super pleasant. Keep it up!!

Prices are decent! Tape marked on the ground to ensure social distancing! We got the milk tea ice cream with pearls and honestly just tasted like a milk tea slush, didn’t taste ice cream. Wait was not long either.
