I am hoping this will be different tomorrow, but they need to have someone ANSWER THE PHONE! You can't leave a message; you are told to call back. We called and called and called and called.from 9ish to 3 and no one ever answered the phone. They made a mistake with a friend's appointment, but we can't fix the issue unless someone talks to us.
