Terrible customer service. After receiving gift cards for Christmas for a photography session with Candi, she couldn’t get back to my sister in law or myself in a timely manner to redeem our gift cards. She then offered to transfer back partial funds for the gift cards and still has not done so even months later. Claimed she’s busy and she will do so shortly. Now just ignoring phone calls or any messages we’ve left her. Poor poor poor customer service. Do not recommend
