Magasin Cogeco, Sainte-Adèle

We are building a new home in a new neighborhood and contacted Cogeco Sales/Installation services to discuss Cogeco installation at our new home. They could not help me as they did have our new address listed in their system. I explained that our neighbors had Cogeco, and that the subdivision was set up to allow for Cogeco installation. The Sales person said she couldn't help me at this time as there was no service available at our new address. So I decided to contact the St Adele Cogeco location directly (the nearest location from where we're building). I spoke with JUSTINE FAFARD. I explained to her the situation. She took my number and told me she would call me back. Within 30 minutes, she called me back and we were able to get Cogeco scheduled for an installation for our new home. Thank you Justine. Friendly and efficient service from Justine!

Very often our TVs do not work and we have to contact COGECO which usually requires several minutes because of heavy demand for technical support of a weak, apparently poorly designed system. We are seriously considering returning with Bell which says how dissatisfied we are with the COGECO product.

Very disappointed!!!! Its been over 2 years we have been waiting for Cogeco Internet on our street in Saint Agathe. They told us it would be up and running by September 2022 and still nothing. The government of Quebec gave our tax dollars to companies like this to have everything in place by 2022 and yet they are still stalling. Poorly managed.
