Great experience! While it took a long time to set up our new phones (it’s the Apple process), the sales team was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They did their best to find us the right deal for our needs.

Uttanshu Patel has served us on Mobile Shop @ Real Canadian SS and I have to say Great customer service! very helpful in answering questions as well as helping in finding the best deal for newcomers.

Leased 2 Pixel 6 Pro phones from these people. Worst phones ever. Continue reboots needed as screen freezes constantly. Chargers sold by shop don't work. Store does not handle warranty. Don't buy from these guys as only a sales outlet no follow up. I'm stuck for 2 years because of their recommendation of how great Google phones are. Google unhelpful as well.

Great customer service by the sales representative!

Have dealt with The Mobile Shop at the Superstore on a number occasions. First time was 2 years ago setting up my family with phones and plans. Had great service so when their contracts were up we went back. Didn’t deal with the same person but instead got Uttanshu who was brilliant. Was in the shop on two separate occasions and both times I kept him well past closing. He never rush me or made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He was calm and patient, dealing directly with Rogers on my behalf. I would have given up but he continued on to help me get the best deal possible. He even stopped to help an elderly lady allowing her to use his hotspot so she could get an Uber home. Genuinely a really nice guy who knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely will be recommending him to people!

Dont Buy Here!!I went there for boxing day event. It was later in the day on Tues, the last day of the event. I called in Friday as they said I should have my phone. On Friday, I was informed it would be Monday or Tuesday as they didn't order it until Thursday and the shop is closed on weekends. I called Tuesday afternoon and talked the manager who said, I'll call you back in 10 minutes". 2 hours later

Juwan and Uttanshu are very professional and took care of all my mobile needs with patience and understanding. They asked me questions to get the phone and plan that suits me. Great staff members. Great and memorable customer service. Highly recommend!

Dropped in few weeks ago to inquire about existing deal on Mobile device plan. Although nothing was available at that time, Uttanshu later on promptly informed about a new offer that came up recently. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Did his utmost to offer the best possible saving on the plan. We had a concern that he was able to address swiftly and amicably. Would certainly recommend if you get a good deal, but have all your questions answered directly by Uttanshu.
