Staff was attentive and helpful. Ease of use is great as it's completely automated. The basic bronze wash gave me exactly what it offered. Truck came out clean and dry within moments.

Been using this auto wash ever since I moved to Kamloops for the year. Peter and Parker at the office were extremely friendly and helpful in helping me choose a membership option (recommended due to the value and level of cleaning you get with the Platinum option). Will be bringing my car here at least twice a week from now on!

My car had dirty spots on the sides. No place to check your vehicle when you come out of the wash area. Checked it at home. Very disappointed. Tryed to contact them. Their contact page would not submit, even though all required fields were filled out and I was not a robot.

Updated!!Once again disappointing car wash experience. Same number plate issue and marks on my rear wind shield hasn't gone.My front number plate does not get cleaned at all !! What's the purpose of car wash then?? Disappointed!!

14.95 got me a slightly less dirty car. They put a bag over my dirty rear wiper blade. My car was still streaked with patches of dirt and no it wasn't caked in mud before I went through. Just general road spray from a week driving around the city

Go here all the time, super convenient and always get a good wash. Went for a car wash a few days ago and didn’t see the sign about snow build up on vehicles being an issue. The blond woman who was working on spraying down the vehicles was kind enough to scrape/shovel all the snow away and let me through.

First time going there and last time. I didn't quite understand the instructions and I continued to put my foot on the break while in neutral. And one of the employees called me a nasty name. And kept swearing at me. I kept apologizing cuz I genuinely just didn't understand. And she flat out ignored my apologies and looked at me like i was dumb, and continued swearing at me. So that was very unprofessional and very uncomfortable so I will definitely not be returning which is unfortunate because my car came out spotless clean.I don't know if she was having a bad day. But for her to keep swearing at me while at work was not professional and not okay.

No car wash is ever going to clean your car 100%, but this one is probably one of the better ones I have come across. I also like the fact that it does NOT leave paint swirls. I can't stress that one enough.
