I would recommend this body shop to anyone who requires repairs on their vehicle as the staff and owner are very experienced, considerate, and very easy to work with. They also use parts that are your vehicle make and always keep you updated with your repairsI had an accident with my vehicle where someone hit me head on at an intersection. They were very helpful and kept me posted on the status of my repairs

The people at dispatch are so rude . They need to learn customer service skills. They have no empathy and there hungry for money . I tired to explain the situation and they would not listen. Finally after a few phone calls she listened and corrected the daily storage charge. I hope to never have to deal with them again .

Steve and his team are responsive to customer's questions and concerns. In my case, they addressed the issues i had with a bumper and steering wheel in a prompt and professional manner. Keep up the good work!

My mother was dealt with in an extremely unprofessional manner, car was in a collision needing repair. Lack of communication, and just garbage customer service. Do your own research. Who knows what's going on behind the scenes. Possibly fraud?

Because of nature of my job I only had to deal with Ersan Zukic , Collections and Towing Manager and I have no hesitation in saying that only God could equate with the kind of help he rendered all through my contact with him, during my 18 years in Canada, I have yet to see a person occupying as senior position as he does and also as willing and able to help as he did, God sent for me , thanks so much Ersan

Do not ever let them pick your vehicle up after an accident. They will give you an absolute hard time to release it. You need an appointment, come between 11 - 2PM and blah blah. Who the hell requires an appointment to release your own vehicle?

Feel free to take your car here if you want to feel like a hostage. If not, run in another direction right away.They are a bunch of sweet talking people who are nice to you on the first day you go there. And after that they might threaten you, make you feel pathetic, ignore your calls and emails. They will make you sign blank work orders saying they need your consent to inspect the car to give an estimate. But when you realize what it was and try to question, they'd bully you and threaten you that you'd never get your car back unless you have it repaired there. After all this they'd expect you to trust them with your car or repairs and make promises and you're just supposed to believe all of that. Beware of this repair shop. You'll definitely lose your sleep and peace over your car being at their place. I lost mine for 10 long excruciating days until I got my car moved elsewhere.

They should change their name to shitlantic because they put scratches on the door of my car and their body work is so cheap nothing is fixed properly and their staff keep on playing with you like keep on transferring to other employe never recommend this mismanaged place

Went back for a check on a door repair and they are a great help. The part I needed was in quick and the install was done fast. Thanks.
