Delicious rice noodles. We also ordered the popcorn chicken which tasted good. Service was good and food was served very fast. Great place to eat especially when it’s cold.

Visit on 31Oct2017 Tuesday. They don't have a lots of selection on their menu but good enough for a noodle house. Their soup is good and unique. All noodle comes with 10 side dishes such as corn, pork slices, tofu skin, chinese sausage...... Yiu can ask for more noodle at no extra cost. I will go back and try their curry soup noodle.

Typically always go to this location. I usually get the tomato soup rice noodle, it is very flavourful and delicious. I am a vegetarian so initially when I came here, I usually just give my friends the meat and seafood pieces. It took a few times before realizing I could just let them know I was vegetarian and they could adjust and change the dishes for me.

Went there during their grand opening 40% off everything sale. It was quite a wait to get in but I think we waited a total of 20 minutes or so. The concept is pretty interesting. Different flavored broths almost out of rolling boil and you putting in their semi cooked noodles. There are so many small sides already included but the real star of the meal is there other ones that you can purchase for pretty reasonable prices. Don't know how to describe them in English but I've attached some pictures. The side dishes are delicious and come in a fairly large portion. Staff were pretty friendly especially considering how busy it was. Thought it was good value with the discount but I would consider it pricey for noodles if pay regular price.

Haven’t visited since covid. Yu Shang Rice Noodle restaurant chain brings a unique offering from Yunnan cuisine in southern China to Toronto. Bright and clean store in First Markham Place. Excellent customer services. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was definitely comfortable noodle soup in the cold winter time! The noodles are fairly short strands of rice noodles. We tried the original, tomato soup, sour fish & spicy bases with party of 10 on last Sunday night. We loved their side dishes Smoked Pork Intestine and chicken wings. They were very flavourful. The original pork bone broth tasted really good. Will definitely come back again.

The food was good. Soup base was a little salty, but it's meant to flavour the rice noodles. They mixed up two of our orders (party of 8). It was fine, though. Though the restaurant was small they were able to accommodate our relatively large party. We went there at 5pm, though. If you go later and you have a large party, you could probably expect to wait a while for the tables to be free as it's fairly busy.

Order the coconut curry soup base as recommended by the waitress with seafood and beef options. The soup base was extremely favourable and would compare to any other malay restaurant in the GTA plus unlimited refill of noddles. The options have good seafood flavour and tender beef rolled up like in some hotpot places. Portion could be slightly bigger but other than that the whole experience is very pleasurable including the service which is a rarity in chinese restaurant. Will definitely return.

This restaurant has really good portion sizes for the value you're paying for! The service and ordering system was pretty prompt and efficient. They had around 6 tables for groups of 4 to dine inside. One table in the middle can be arranged as pick-up for their delivery orders.They have a relatively okay ordering system. You scan their QR code, make sure the table's number is there and forced to leave your name and phone number. In a way, it's contact tracing and ordering all in one. Unfortunately, we tried to ask a waitress and she didn't let us order traditionally. Be careful not to click the pick-up option when placing your order.Food was delivered pretty promptly through their ordering system! We had the Original style of the Crossing The Bridge Rice Noodle"

Yunshang Rice Noodle restaurant chain brings a unique offering from Yunnan cuisine in southern China. This location at First Markham Place is spacious, quick and friendly with their service.What they are serving is actually serving a century-old traditional dish known as “crossing-the-bridge noodles.” This is a boiling cauldron of hot broth whereby you put in the rice noodles and all of the colourfully assorted ingredients. In this way, the rice noodles do not become soggy as they are boiled fresh. The soup is always hot and you can work up quite a sweat while finishing the soup bowl!This is definitely a fun & comfortable dish in the cold winter time! The noodles are fairly short strands of rice noodles. We tried both the original and tomato soup bases. The original pork bone broth tastes smoother but latter has more flavours.
