Went through the process of building my new home with Legacy Homes in 2016. They exceeded their reputation as a builder with their knowledge and ability to bring our vision to life. Ive worked with Legacy Homes on a few different projects. They have always been easy to deal with and exceeded our expectations of a company to work with. The handshake agreement is almost gone in the industry but Ive always trusted this company with theirs. Both my in laws and sister in law have also built their homes with this company and have never been happier.

We had Legacy Homes Ltd. do some major renovations ($$$$) to the exterior of our home as well as add an additional 2 car garage in 2013. The coordination of trades, quality of workmanship, communications, etc. were superb in all respects. The project was completed on time and on budget.More recently, on June 1, 2020, we had a considerable amount of damage to the roof of our home when we experienced 95-100 KM winds. I called Grant at Legacy homes early that morning and he was here within minutes. Just wanted to drop a note and say what a great experience we had with everyone at Legacy, AGAIN. We were fortunate in 2002 to have Grant referred by a friend to build our growing families first new home. At that time the experience was personal, efficient well managed and used sub-trades that were every bit as dedicated to a quality job as Legacy was.Just about 20 years later, when my wife asked if I would ever build another home from scratch I was happy to... as long as we worked with Grant (and as it turned out, Lee, Clark and Ford.) again. This time we were building on an acreage and had different priorities. From start to finish Grant was there and provided insight on lot choice, positioning the home and giving exceptional advice on so many of the things that don' t always occur to you when you're going through the dozens of decisions to need to make to ensure a smooth process and an exceptional result. Communication was exceptional and again the trades were every bit as conscientious as before. We couldnt be more pleased with our beautiful new home and look forward to many pleasant years here. We cannot say enough about Legacy Homes! After our custom built home at the Willows, we then had them complete a total renovation of an older home in a gated community in the city. Quality workmanship throughout, the best trades, and overseeing of the projects by Grant and the Legacy team were second to none. They will always be our builder of choice!
