Got a delicious sundae, the wait wasn’t too long, and it tasted pretty good. Only complaint is the lack of air-conditioning in the building, I’m sure the staff would appreciate it more if it wasn’t so hot in there.

It was evident that D&Q takes pride in curating a collection of unique and interesting products.While my overall experience at D&Q was fantastic, there were a couple of minor areas that could be improved upon. Firstly, the pricing of certain items seemed slightly higher compared to similar stores in the area. While the quality justified the cost, it would be great to see some more competitive pricing.Additionally, although the store had a pleasant ambiance, the lighting could be improved in certain sections to enhance the overall shopping experience. Brighter and more strategic lighting could further highlight the products and make them more enticing.

This location is disgusting. They don't clean anything or clean very well . Their bathrooms are gross . And look at the condiments that are left on the tables. Absolutely disgusting.

Bad service, the servers are telling the guest not to dine in the store. How much time does it take to finish an ice cream ? Hardly 5-10 minutes.Rude and disrespectful staff, I’m also from the same industry we never talk to our guest rudely.The owner should train the staff to be respectful towards the guest.

Be sure to double check your order before leaving. We had to go back to get the correct order. They compensated us with a free pepsi for our troubles. We appreciate the gesture however it doesn't even cover the cost in gas. We love DQ but this is not the first time this location has had trouble getting the order right. We will be going to another location going forward.

Went to this location for the first time. First of all it smelt so bad, the air was thick with BO. Secondly I ended up vomiting after eating my food. Overall not a good experience and I won’t be going back to this location.
