My wife and I needed new glasses and went to Hakim Optical down the street. The Hakim staff were quite literally useless and just chatted in the back the whole time we were there. I had some questions about their selection and they just looked at us and kept talking. We walked out and were on our way home when we saw Eyeview Optical. The second we walked in we were greeted and helped. The owner (I think), was with us the whole time and was very knowledgeable. He gave us great advice and a really good deal. I will certainly be going back to support him and his business.

Have used the services of this establishment a few times over the last couple of months, would highly recommend their services help to correct an otherwise costly problem with my daughters glasses for free. Worked within our budget on multiple other pairs of glasses for my family. Mr. Bhopal is helpful and knowledgeable, he picked my glasses for me after a lengthy discussion and I have never been happier or had more complaints.

I have been a customer for more than a decade and Amin and his staff have always been outstanding , great prices and quality products but service is why almost look for an excuse to go visit .Although i know they have many customers they always make me feel like I'm the only one. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new eyewear or repairs .

I had a great experience at Eyeview Optical in Waterloo, so much that this is the only place I've purchased glasses in the last 10 or more years.They have a wonderfully large selection. Everytime I go in I have at least 15 pairs I like and get help from nice staff to narrow it down. They try to help me stay within my benefit coverage, even offer similar selections that are more affordable. I tend to stick with my high end choice bec options are wonderful. I highly recommend based on my years of great service they provide. Check them out.Christine

Today I went to Eyeview Optical because I had the little clips of my glasses broken.. Amin fixed the issue and putted new clips.I asked how much: One of the Staff member said NO No charge.I felt very respected again and I would recommend Eyeview Optical in Waterloo ON as service there is very exceptionalThank you Eyeview Optical for fixing my glasses.Rakesh

I have been going to Eyeview Optical for years. I am always happy with my glasses and am always given a great price. They are able to work with my budget and still provide me with an excellent product. But I have to say that it is the great customer service that keeps me going back! I recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a great experience finding new glasses.

I have been a customer for years. Amin and his team are always very welcoming and provide fast service. Recently, they put a rush order in for me so that I would have new glasses for an out of town trip. A friend suggested ordering online, but if something goes wrong, there is no service backing up the order. A few times over the years, I have gone in for minor glass adjustments at no extra charge. Thanks again!
