Not much in the way of service... bought a fridge and 3 months and a week later it wasn't keeping temperature anymore. They exchanged it without fussing about being a week passed the warranty but he did make sure I knew we were a week late. We found the same model fridge to exchange with. I asked before taking it if this one had the same issue and repaired, but he is just a sales person he knows nothing. So we took it and here we are 3 months later and it stopped keeping things cold... not impressed, do not recommend.

Showed up at 10am and no one was there. Guy finally showed up late, ran to the back and didn’t say a word to us. Going elsewhere for a stove.

Wide selection available to choose from. Prices are reasonable and you can still bargain for a cheaper price. Downside are they do not sell any diahwashers, the customer service was none existent and they only take cash. I would honestly buy from here again as they have a 90 day guarantee, and owner is genuinely nice once you have his attention.

I bought a used washer and dryer a couple of years ago. I was so very happy with my purchase. The delivery guys were wonderful. I would shop here again.

No customer service at all. very disrespectful and very bad experience. I wanted to buy a used washer at this store but based on the bad customer service I received, I left the store and I decided to buy a new washer because I rather pay more and be treated with respect than pay less and get treated with disrespect. The man who works at this store has no respect for people, I walked into the store he did not even look at me and if you ask him questions he would answer with rudeness and arrogance. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
