Wow wish I knew about this place earlier! Best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever received in Vancouver. Prices are competitive with conventional salons, yet their products are better. Such nice ambiance and the jazz music is so relaxing. My new go-to without a doubt.

I was looking for a nail salon that uses cruelty free products and Lily and Roo came up.Made an appointment for full setIt wasn’t too busy at the time I visited and I was given a lot of attention. The owner spent almost half an hour with me patiently while I picked my design. I really appreciated that.My nail artist didn’t speak much English but she was very courteous and polite.I love that I wasn’t rushed and she took her time.A little pricey but everything in cruelty free realm seems to be that way. My nails are thicker than I would prefer but in grand scheme of things nothing to complain.Suggestion to visitors: check how much time it will take when making appointment and plan accordinglyWould definitely go back.

Love this salon! The staff are very friendly. I’ve done a regular manicure and also a gel manicure (with nail art) and gel pedicure. They were able to do ombré nails for me for my wedding and it looked great! Will definitely keep coming back.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now and I won’t go anywhere else. My experience has always been consistent. Friendly staff, relaxing experience and nails that last awhile. It’s vegan too!

Best place to get your nails done in Vancouver. They’re very detail oriented and getting a non-toxic polish is a great bonus!

All the staff are welcoming and friendly :) Especially Yuni, who did an amazing job on my nails for my wedding. She was very focused and meticulous during the treatment. The end result was awesome!!! I definitely love my nails and I would love to visit the shop again!

Had a great experience! I absolutely love my nails, the shape is just the way I like it and the color turned out to be more beautiful than I expected. The place is clean and the girls are very professional and diligent. I hardly felt anything when they were working on my cuticules... almost fell asleep, especially during the massage. Thank you so much! I will definitely come back

I had such a great experience here! The manicurist was so careful and gentle with my hands/nails and the I loved the end results. The space is gorgeous and I really like how it made me feel so feminine. Great way to relax and pamper yourself after a long week - will be back again soon :)

The place is stunning, beautiful energy and amazing decorations. You can see they put lots of care in it.Good attention, they even accomodated for me being a bit late and as others say, they're extremely careful with the handwork.However, for some reason my gel Mani has noticeable chipping on three nails from the 4th and 5th days (and they keep getting worse). Not what you'd expect from gel.I also expected more from the mani itself, I got my fingers rubbed with a liquid and then they just cut the cuticles (very carefully though). I'm used to more thorough treatments, having my hands soaked and cuticles pushed and dead skin cut, etc. I'm debating whether I paid too much for what I got, from the picture you can see that I still have a lot of dead dead skin.They give a killer hand massage at the end.
