I called at 8am to buy parts! They said parts is busy will call you back in ten minutes! Never got a call back! I had to call back 6 hours later just to be asked to take a message?!?!?!?!? I want to buy parts and it seems to be out of the question since nobody wants to pick up the phone and take an order or even call me back!

Best experience I have ever had in a car dealership, and I am very happy with the Giulia that I bought there. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable about their business and incredibly pleasant with customers. I had the royal Italian treatment when I bought the car that I wanted, and this continued every time I was back for questions or service. I have bought many cars in my life and I must say this dealership has the best salesman (Giorgio), service manager (Jonathan), Dealership Director (Cole) and receptionist (Jocelyn) that I have ever met. The dealership is extremely clean and the cars are gorgeous. Try them out.The service department (Jonathan) has been particularly patient with my technical questions answering them with outmost professionalism. He took the time, effort and engineering to resolve a small issue I had with the car. He did the work with extreme pleasure. Really great after purchase service !!The service, cordiality and professionalism has continued even after two years of going there.. Absolutely love my 2021 Giulia and after bringing it in for its first service check I am even happier that I chose Alfa. The service department went above and beyond to accommodate me when bad weather delayed my trip to Edmonton (they even apologized for not having a loaner available despite the fact that I arrived a day later than I was supposed to). The staff was friendly and efficient, the work was completed without issue, and they had me back on my way as quickly as possible. Cost for the appointment was very reasonable for a European import - about the same as what I used to pay at Audi and less than what I pay at Volvo.As much as I really enjoy driving something that you don't see on every street corner, I feel obliged to make this public service announcement: Alfa Romeo is the real deal now folks. These cars are every bit as well-built and reliable as their German counterparts while being more fun to drive and far more beautiful. If you're intrigued at all you should really check them out - you won't be disappointed.
