WORST SALON IN OLL OF MARKHAM . I AM LOST FOR WORDS. THEY R SUCH RIP OFF NEVER GOING 2 GO BAK DER AGAIN.

I had a very soothing and excellent experience, I just finished Chemo in December and gained 20 lbs on medication, as I entered, everyone was so nice, took time to gather my info and made me feel at ease.The body scrub was great, your body feels refreshed and the massage was fantastic, very experienced personnel, worked out all my problem areas and took her time. This was so relaxing, you would fall asleep, they take there time, doesn't seem there was a time limit, like all the other places you go to, so you actually have time close your eyes and enjoy being pampered, after that I had the body wrap, you lay in a thermo blanket, sweat all the toxins out, very hot but worth every minute. I recommend this place to everyone and the price is great, packages are well worth it. Thank you for my experience, see you soon

I dont really bother writing reviews but this time im compelled to make an exception....Got an amazing re-bonding done on my hair and the esthetician did a great job on my face. She appeared to be very knowledgeable and knew exactly what facial was required based on my skin type. The Salon was very neat and clean. If you are looking for peaceful and relaxed place to get a facial and body massage ...Beauty Era is the place... Love it! Keep up the good work.

Horrible service. Very few staff and too expensive. The room was extremely small and they were charging min $100 for BASIC facial. How ridiculous. Woman talks waaay too much and doesn't focus on what she's supposed to do. Lady kept walking away during facial to assist other clients since there was such a shortage of staff members. I will never go here again.

I have been going here for over a year, with no problems. The owner is nice, and she does my eyebrows to perfection all the time. She introduced me to waxing. I got comfortable and it was great - pain free.Couple weeks ago, I had my first Brazilian done, as well as a leg wax. The procedure was done by another worker, not the owner and I wish I never went. As she was waxing my legs, she dropped a cup full of HOT WAX on my leg. I wanted to scream into the night it was so hot. Then I told her please give me a bikini. She ends up doing a Brazilian and waxed so hard, she ripped my skin off. At another point she wasn't pulling hard enough so, NOTHING WAS COMING OFF. She didn't rip the wax strip off of me, I was sitting there with a wax strip stuck to me and in too much pain. I now have scabs and scarred skin from the awful job she did. It looks horrendous. The owner stepped in and tried to fix it, and as she was pulling, I realized the other woman didn't know what she was doing at all as, it didn't hurt half as much. I have a high tolerance for pain, but this was just something else. Either way...worst experience ever.Don't waste your money on waxing here. I definitely won't be visiting again.
