Horrible phone service! Waited over 20 minutes in the queue twice & got disconnected at position 2 both times. They should monitor that for quality control and training purposes! Only upside is that you get updates on your position. So you know when you're about to be hung up on!

I love this branch! They are very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. They always greet you with a smile and always ready to help you with your money needs. I really recommend this location if you want to send money, apply for loan or do some cash advances.

The staff at this location is extremely rude . They refused service as I was trying to understand there currency exchange rate. I've used many locations of westren union and never had such a terrible experience. I was not rude in anyway the teller refuse to help me and was very unprofessional.

I sent money using western union and it was an awesome service I received. It’s so nice that the staff can relate to me because we have the same home, Philippines. They are very hands on and cheerful. They made me feels like home. They attended to my concerns really fast with accurate informations. I will definitely return and send money through this branch.
