great service, I was lucky enough to get Erik to come down and help me with my dirty old vents in an old apartment building I just acquired. this building was run down and not taken care of (hence why I got such a good deal on it), I honestly don't know how there wasn't a fire prior to vent doctor coming down. Erik eased all of my concerns and preformed an amazing job in no time at all. The agent arrived on time. I was surprised that he was a very large guy standing 6 foot four and about 300 pounds. I was thinking that he was not going to able to work in such a small work space with the washer next to the dryer. He worked quickly and effectively to clear the vents. Upon his leaving my wife noticed that the top of the dryer had been seriously dented due to him climbing over to commence cleaning. He did attempt to remedy the situation by trying to push out the dented section of the dryer surface. Unfortunately there still remains some damage.

Employee named Erik serviced my dryer vent. Arrived on time in employee uniform and photo ID tags. Dryer was taking a long time to dry the clothes. He cleaned the vent and said the outside trap flapper part was stuck open (which he repaired at no additional cost). Professional job, cleaned up mess from the vent junk very well and did not try to gouge me or up sell me on anything. Dryer is working like new again. Would definitely use this service again.
