Kavern Building Restoration has been the most professional service I have used ever. They were all incredibly patient, respectful and had the highest level of communication. They even took the time to repair a minor vent with such care and ease. The part wasn't easy to find but they did their best and found a perfect match. Rohimjon is a outstanding person. They explained everything they had to do and cleaned up completely when they were finished. They answered all of my questions in such a way that I was able to understand everything. Rahimjon,Parviz and team were excellent - professional, fast, great quality work. They removed asbestos tile's we found under an old carpet, found some more we didn't know about and got it all cleaned up ahead of schedule.

I worked with Rohimjon for getting Legal Basement Permit in my house. He was always responsive, provided great advice and ultimately came up with a layout that fulfilled all of our needs. Their drawings were engineered to code requirements, very comprehensive and sealed by professional engineer. We had the pleasure of working with Rohimjon’s team in the aftermath The terrible winds damaged our roof resulting in water damage on two floors. Mike’s team were very hard working and courteous at all times. The quality of the remediation work was consistently very high, and the team was meticulous with clean up and garbage disposal. Generally great professional people and we could not be happier with the job. Strongly recommended.

Rohimjon and his team were amazing at executing what we wanted to get done and were very knowledgeable and friendly while doing it. After suffering through a house fire in 2022 Kavern Building Restoration took on the project to rebuild our home. wanted to remove a load bearing wall in my basement to open up the space. Rohimjon is an extremely professional, kind and and friendly individual. He was very accommodating, provided a very reasonable quote and Sarhad to come out to complete the work.Parviz was awesome, clean and very efficient; such a friendly guy. He was able to finish up the work ahead of schedule and provide some recommendations for future work I had planned.
