I've been here tons and always come back for the customer service there hasn't been a single time I've gone in and had a single issue with finding something I need or want. The manager and employees both show amazing amounts of friendliness and excellent customer service

Rude , pushing opening staff that makes me feel uncomfortable and in their way.they opened the store late and are impolite other staff are wonderful but these two not at all

Oof, I guess any sale is more important right now than customer service. I bought 1st 60 dollar dab rig, the neck cracked, then snapped off after 2 months. I went for a 2nd rig, bought an 80 dollar one that was recommended, and I literally got like 4 hits before the banger cracked. I came back within 2 hours of buying it with the broken piece in my hand, and was offered the same 20 percent discount on a new banger..I mean hey.. I bought it, I broke it.. fair enough.I won't be returning.

18/08/22The opening staff was quite rude, while opening the store. Don't appreciate bein called rude and informed that they are in too big a hurry to be polite and respect their elders. This may affect the likelihood of me shopping here again. If the two staff members working open today are in the store.
