I inquired about some parts and was asked to provide a credit card number. I never gave approval for the parts to be transferred from another location and ended up being charged on my credit card. Long story short, they will not refund the money and now I have to go pick up parts that I don't need because I already bought them elsewhere. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN ADVANCE.

Very poor service to put it nicely. Took my working unit in for a service, after getting a surprising bill I was told it’s expensive because of the quality work. Immediately after picking my unit up I had an unbolted pump, loose belts etc. In worse shape than before. Highly recommend this guys if you would like to lose work and money.

Brian in parts was most helpful at looking up the suppliers of the part that I needed to resurect my very old vacu cast machine which was completely disabled due to this particular part.. He looked up the originating Co. and gave me the information I needed to source the part. Did this very quickly.Most helpful parts department I have ever encountered.Thanks Brian.Give this guy a raise

There should be an option for 0 stars. Regretfully I never read their reviews before i spent $29,000.00 at this store, save your money, save the aggravation, go anywhere else
