Not bad, but for the price expected a little more. Rooms are OK, coming with microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. TV offered regular cable with limited channels...no movie channels or special options. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure why they required a $200 security deposit. We liked the area because it was away from the downtown area.

I would say i am satisfied with the service and hotel. Wifi is really good works very well. Front desk guy is really helpful and co operative. Room is clean as a 2 star hotel they are providing refrigerator microwave and breakfast i am impressed. Overall you get what you pay for.

Our stay was ok…just ok. Had a bad experience checking in. When we arrived in our room we found popcorn in the seat of the chair and stained cushions. At breakfast the orange juice and coffee were out of supply, when we told front desk about it they did nothing.

Nice place for stay!! Rooms were pretty clean and comfyy!! But they got very limited parking spots to park your cars but rest everything was good

I was offered very expensive and unbelievable rate which was 3 times higher than the actual online rate which they posted. I will Never go and stay there again. I will Never recommend anyone to stay in that hotel. In fact they took advantage of my need as I was very tired from my job, and I wanted to sleep after night long work and they demanded 3 times the rate they had on their r website.

This location practices corporate greedBook a room via Expedia, then had a family emergency that required that I cancelExpedia jumped thru hoops to get it canceledLocation Manager refused to cancelWhen I complained to the corporate offices, the location Manager blamed ExpediaIt's not like the room wasn't available for another customer as Windsor is sold out the night that I have bookedI will never stay at a Super 8 againWhat heartless people they are

The staff are very nice and polite ..but that's all I've got I'm afraid. The rooms are distinctly shabby (in spite of being advertised as renovated). There are also extra (unadvertised) deposits required because the hotel is in a city that borders the U.S. U.S. Customers that are under 21 but aged 19 or over frequent the hotel so that they can drink legally in Ontario.I would absolutely not recommend sadly.. its unfortunate but - give this hotel a pass and book elsewhere.

We’re in Windsor for a tournament. Just needed a place to sleep. Room was reasonably priced we booked in advance online so saved money. Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in and out was super quick and easy.Breakfast in the morning was good. Was fun to be able to make your own waffles. The kids always love the fruit loops. Only place they are allowed to eat them.There was a tv, microwave, fridge and coffee maker, we just didn’t use them. Also the room had a/c which would be nice on a hot summer day.

Should say partially newly renovated rooms, the wall behind the beds looked new but the remainder of the walls were very marked up and had cobwebs in the corners. The room itself was clean besides that. The baseboards were hanging off the wall. Fridge is not cold enough. Breakfast options were pitiful, and the breakfast room was not well maintained. Tables were dirty. Only offering breakfast from 6am-9am on a weekend is not very accommodating should go till at least 10am. Efficient check in and check out. Price was way too high for the offering.

It seems like the place is riddled with ghost! I stayed a few nights and the hotel room phone was ringing so i picked up and was talking with an unknown person. The conversation was a little bit eerie, i felt very uncomfortable. Rent at your own risk.
