Presque Isle Hot Tubs
We purchased our first hot tub from PI Hot Tubs approximately 12 years ago and couldn’t be happier with their service. So, when we decided to purchase another tub, it was a “no brained” to use them again. Ryan and Mark are always easy to work with and provide great service in a very timely manner. Presque Isle Hot Tubs
We've wanted a hot tub for years. Our online research led us to Presque Isle Hot Tubs, and we couldn't be happier with our investment. Our hot tub was delivered in August, a few months after we initially purchased it; this was due to the time it took to have a cement pad poured. We contacted Ryan as soon as we were ready to take possession. The entire process, from purchase to delivery and set-up couldn't have gone more smoothly. We'd like to add that a family member is an electrician that has been involved in wiring a number of hot tubs throughout Erie County, and he was highly impressed with the quality of our hot tub as compared to the many he's wired through his work. We've used our new hot tub almost daily and can't say enough good things about Ryan, Hot Springs spas, and Presque Isle Hot Tubs. They have our highest recommendation!

We had a great experience with Presque Isle Hot Tubs! Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the hot tubs & we were very happy with our choice. The installation was seamless & the owner really spent the time making sure we knew exactly how to operate & maintain our new tub. We have had it a month now & already we are feeling better. Presque Isle Hot Tubs
We are very pleased with our new Hot Springs tub! The staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. When the tub came in, we weren't quite ready to have it delivered and they kindly agreed to store it for us for 3 weeks. At delivery, the placement of the electricity wasn't quite right but they were able to make it work. They thoroughly explained how to maintain it as this is our first hot tub. Then they called us a few days later to make sure we didn't have any problems or questions. Highly recommend Presque Isle hot tubs, they are a top notch local business!

I'm very satisfied and happy working with Mark, Mike and Ryan again with my second purchase of a hot tub. My first tub lasted 20 years. They were always available for service when I needed them troubleshooting either over the phone or on a service call.I would highly recommend Presque Isle Hot Tub and Spa. Great pricing and service.I also appreciate their follow up phone calls making sure I'm satisfied with my new purchase.

Presque Isle Hot Tubs
Bought a 6 person hot tube with the lounge recliner/seat that massages your entire body in a zero gravity position. The fountain and options for lighting are great features as well! Good price, excellent service, came out exactly when they said they would which was within a week or two from getting the electrical requirements met even though they said it could be up to a month for scheduling! They made sure I had all the supplies needed to enjoy this awesome tub! My only question is why did I wait so long, this is the most relaxing and therapeutic massage ever!

We purchased our first hot tub from Presque Isle Hot Tubs this year. Ryan was very helpful in assisting us with our selection. Mark and Tony did delivery and setup. After the tub was installed, Mark spent a lengthy time explaining how to operate and use the control panel. He was very knowledgeable.Thank you Presque Isle Hot Tubs for a great experience. Presque Isle Hot Tubs
After having a horrific experience at another hot tub facility; we thought that we would give Presque Isle a try. From the moment we entered the door, to the time we had our spa delivered, Presque Isle has exceeded our expectations!! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and their hot tubs are of high quality. I would highly recommend this store and the brand of spa they carry. I have nothing negative to say about this company. The sales rep was very educated in the product.. there was no surprises when we got our spa. We knew exactly what to expect. The owner stayed with us the day our tub arrived, taught us how to take care of the water, took his time to review our owners manual in detail, and patiently answered all of our questions. Presque Isle adds the little special touches that makes the customer experience even that much better.. they sent a card in the mail thanking us for choosing their company and called the day after the hot tub arrived to answer any questions we may have had. If I had any advice ... stop looking and shop at Presque Isle!! You will not be disappointed!

Presque Isle Hot Tubs
I hope those who are interested in buying will take the time to read this. I want to start with our buying experience which was great! Ryan had answers to all of our questions and gave a compelling pitch for us to buy from a local company who had been servicing and selling the same hot tub for nearly 40 years. We purchased ours during the pandemic so we had a long wait ahead of us and Ryan was upfront about that. We did end up waiting about a month longer than anticipated and we would have appreciated more communication or “check ins” to let us know about the additional wait time. Once they came to install, Mark was very very helpful and knowledgeable. We were all set up and just waiting for the tub to get up to temp that night so we could use it. The next morning I realized there was a puddle of water around the base of the tub and after opening the tub realized it had a LEAK! Our brand new, nearly $11k hot tub had a leak. I called the store immediately and talked with Ryan about the issue. There was a long pause and he said something to the effect of “okay, we can see if we can get someone out there today and if not it will be tomorrow”. In my head I’m thinking ‘if I’m a customer service professional who sells big ticket items and someone’s first experience in the 24 hours of ownership is the worst case scenario’ then I would be reassuring the customer that we’ll take care of this. We did not receive even a hint of an apology in this initial call. It turned out the leak was due to the position it was shipped in and a jet housing needed to be replaced. Mark mentioned that if it weren’t for the long wait times due to COVID, this would likely be a reason to replace the entire unit. At this point, they tear into our brand new tub and we see that the inner panel is saturated. Mark made a few comments like “I think we have a little bit of extra insulation at the shop that we can use to replace what’s there”. This is not exactly what you want to hear when talking about your investment needing repairs. They ended up doing a full repair with the promise of some free supplies for our troubles. Ryan said he just needed to get the okay from Hot Springs on what they were willing to give and then Presque Isle would front the items until they received the replacements from the distributor. It has now been nearly 3 months since our hot tub was delivered and the repairs were made, and we are still waiting on our “compensation items”. I called Ryan two weeks ago because the trim piece on the side of our spa is falling off. He mentioned there would be no repairman availability until the following week. I called him again today (6/25) he said they didn’t have a chance to come look at it yet. That would not be a big deal at all but a little communication and customer service goes a long way. A simple call is all that was needed. The hot tub itself is great and we love it. My interactions with Mark have been mostly positive. Ryan has an response to everything and a way of making you feel like you’re being unreasonable. I was very open and honest with him in our conversations, going so far as to tell him why we weren’t very satisfied with his level of customer service after they had our money, but he seems to have a reason or response for everything. I could go on and on about other interactions, but at the end of the day my wife and I had very high hopes for this company and so far they haven’t come close to satisfying them. We are very concerned about how any additional needs will be handled going forward over the lifetime of our tub.
