I started coming here earlier this year. I was so nervous for my procedure and then I met Thao! She was AMAZING and made me feel at ease after chatting with her about the process. I love how comfortable she made me feel and how she explained everything prior to doing anything. I will keep coming back always! Truly the best!

UPDATE: Regrettably, 2 weeks after my appointment, my left eyelid collapsed and was left with a lazy eye for 2+ months. I was given 33 THIRTY THREE units in my forehead!! After doing my research (which I should have done BEFORE my appt), that is absolutely WAY too many units for anyone, let alone for your first experience. Looking back on my experience, it was rather rushed and I was in and out of the clinic within 7 minutes. Unfortunately, as a newbie, I didn’t have anything to compare my first experience to, hence the previous 5 star rating. When contacting Thao to advise what happened, there was ZERO effort for a follow up appointment and she told me to use an electric toothbrush over my eyebrow and it should do the trick. Of course this did not work and I contact her again to request a refund for the failed, botched Botox job.The Manager, Jenn did reach out to me to discuss my experience and offered to correct my lazy eye with more Botox. I was absolutely traumatized and wasn’t interested in MORE botox. Jenn offered a follow up appointment, where she was indeed professional and offered complimentary facial. To be frank, I was insulted that compensation was not offered but agreed.Fast forward to my complimentary facial; the lady was very nice but not everyone is okay with being called BABE and LOVE repeatedly. While the facial was nice, it comprised of cleansing with steam, green light, and then moisturizer and SPF application. Very basic and there was no extractions as promised. What really upset me was when I got into the car, I looked in the mirror and my entire face had gobs of cream everywhere, including my hair. Clearly the products that were used do not work well together or more time in between layering the products. Whatever it is, a client should not leave with goop all over there face after a facial.Extremely disappointed client.**********************FIRST REVIEW:This was my first injectable experience and Monaco did not disappoint! 10/10 recommend Thao!After having a very scary experience with another injector (not at Monaco) trying to correct the bags under my eyes & years of being scared to try again, Thao made me feel comfortable to try again, she has done an amazing job, I’m so happy with my results & even happier with her professionalism & cleanliness!Thao has also done my lip injections & full face Botox, which I’m also very happy with my results!Thank you so much Thao, you’ve helped me achieve goals & boosted my confidence by 1000! Nurse Thao is so kind! When you are with her, she is present and focused only on you. I am always comfortable asking questions, and I know she will give honest, educated answers. She is compassionate, a good listener, and well-informed. I competely trust her, and know that my appointments with her will always be positive and uplifting.

Very bad, hung up the phone while just asking questions regarding the treatment as a first time I have the right to ask and then called back 3 times she picked up and her voice tone went so loud, if you can’t be patient don’t work if you can’t treat people well enough, don’t work just for money, you’re business will not run on its alone without people and has no respect at all, after I said I want to book her tune changed and started calling babe and Love very bad Attitude and service, all of these good reviews are their friends. DONT GO there

Monaco is a a beautiful med spa and everyone is so helpful & friendly!! I had an appointment with Thao today for filler & botox, she was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable, she really took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions! Thanks Thao, I’ll definitely be back! Love my lips!

I've gotten lip filler with Thao at Monaco Spa a couple times and I've loved the results each time! Thao is super friendly and does an amazing job at helping you achieve your specific lip goals. The spa is super cute and clean and the other staff that I've interacted with have all been very friendly. I would 100% recommend Monaco to anyone interested in their procedures

I would never go anywhere else. Erica is the most educated, talented, amazing injector and just overall person. I can’t wait to see her between appointments - not just for her services but also just to have a good time with her! All of the Monaco staff and so fun, the locations are stunning and I just cannot rave enough. If you’re looking for a sign to pick a cosmetic clinic, this is it - stop your search and make an appointment at Monaco!

I just had my lip filler appointment with Nurse Erica and it was amazing! She took her time to be gentle with me, which I really really appreciated. She also made sure I was comfortable from beginning to end. The process was virtually painless! And I love how natural and plump she made my lips look! Erica is a goddess and I can't imagine going to anyone else <3
