I imported a motorcycle from Georgia to Toronto, everything was explained to me fully, I just had to pay 1 fee and everything was taken care of. Very professional staff. Very quick (relatively) service. I was updated at each step of the process.

A&A is helping me transition from another customs broker who has grown too large to provide good service. They're reviewing the way we do everything to make sure we are not only in compliance but aren't wasting time and money doing things we aren't required to do. It's a bit of a learning curve to switch but they have been patient throughout and I'm confident our transactions will be both easier and less costly once we get everything set up.

I called my import a week ahead of time. Everything was supposed to be in order to pick up at the Emerson crossing. My wife had to walk the 1/4 mile to their office and complete everything from scratch. Nothing was ready. I would have been faster by completing the transaction at Canada Customs and it wouldn't have cost us the time (1hr) and money.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We got all the paperwork done. We booked the time. And then I told them I had to wait. When I called three weeks later to activate they sent it off I paid transaction.went smoothly I had no trouble at the border at all.

1. price is good2. don't expect fast application, has international cooperate problem, at least for my case. Sales didn't pick up you phone (many times when I was in a hurry). Seems load too heavy.3. wrong custom boarder they made, waste me one night hotel and more than you can think efforts.4. but I will still use their service, exporting car is not an easy thing itself.Still want to thank you A & A.

Excellent service (I needed help quick because I hadn't realized I needed a broker until the week I was moving). And about half the price of another broker I had found on Google.They took my info for importing my vehicle from USA to Canada over the phone, completed all the forms for me and sent me my ITN number within 2 business days. Border crossing was without issue.
