Greiche & Scaff Carrefour Laval

Bought a pair of eye glasses a year ago. I've been wearing eye glasses and contacts for 15 years and it's the first time I literally feel cross eyed and extremely dizzy everytime I put my new eyeglasses. I know your eyes need to adjust to the new frame and glass but it's been over a year now and still can't wear them.In comparison with my old eye glasses from new look and contact lenses , the eye glasses i got from this place are horrible. I have no idea what they do but they definitely don't do a good job when it comes to eye glasses. I wasted a good $600 for nothing. I had heard other people complain about the quality at greiche and scaff and I'll just take my eye glasses to new look to adjust them ( if possible at all).never going back to greiche and scaff.

I've been a client of this store for more than a year and I'm quite satisfied with the service. Most of the attendants are customer-oriented and will try to serve you in your own language. In every case, they paid attention to my needs and they answered my questions to my entire satisfaction. While the price range might be considered above the average, when you check other products as daily contacts lenses, the prices are quite affordable.

Really bad costumer service, they started treating me really bad when I told them that I had the intention of getting the prescription to get my son's contact lenses online elsewhere. A lady, that I thought was the manager, started to yell at me and to roll her eyes whenever I asked a question...awful experience !... we paid 35$ for the fitting service and this lady even refused 3 times to order the sample lenses that the Dr. told us that my son needed to wear for five days to make sure they really fit. I had to insist 3 times and she finally told us that she was going to order them... I'm not totally sure she's going to do it...The way they reacted, so aggressively, may be explained by the fact that more and more people are cutting the middle man" and trusting the online sellers like glassesusa or smartbuyglasses.ca. that offer the same products and brands with the same quality but much more reasonable priced. I guess that is really impacting their ability to sell ridiculously priced eyewear products. This eyewear retailers had exploited people for decades... now we have an alternative and we are really happy to use it!!!"

I am very satisfied with my experience and my purchase in this store, the service was perfect from the eye exam to the delivery of my glasses, the employees are all friendly, I would like to thank Mrs. Danielle for her service, she was very polite and she helped me to choose my glasses respecting my specific needs. I would also like to mention that the employees of this store speak several languages, which is really important for all the people who do not speak French or English.

My husband and I recently had eye examinations at the Carrefour Laval location.We were pleased with the doctor's demeanor and efficiency. Both of us afterwards had our prescriptions filled there. The selection is original and varied while their pricing is competitive. The opticians that helped us choose our frames, took our measurements,etc. were very professional and helpful. We would highly recommend their services. A special thank you to the staff and management for creating a helpful and welcoming environment. We'd like to especially thank Thomas for the special care he provided us throughout our visits. When we both required minor adjustments to our eyewear a few days later they again treated us with courteousness and a quick service.

Horrible service! i've booked an eye exam this morning for me and my mom. I called to confirm my appointments. A close relative passed away in my family today. I called them back to cancel my appointment. The lady over the phone told me we cannot cancel appointments and did total abstraction to my loss. NEVER AGAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY TO KEEP YOUR CLIENTELE! NO EMPATHY SHOWN

Amazing service and client-centric attitude! Did eye exams for myself and my mother and purchased the prescription glasses as well as sunglasses. Loved the service, the personalized attention, the speed of delivery of the prescription glasses, and finally, the ability to serve my mother with her native tongue!! Kudos

Terrible place to do an eye exam.They pressure you to buy glasses or contacts after the exam. And if you don’t, they treat you badly and give you nasty attitude.I paid $30 extra to have the contact lens measurements of my daughter and after the examination, they refused to give it saying it can only be used on their store.Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a customer.

Received my glasses in a timely manner. Vanessa the optometrist was very helpful and patient with me when i had to adjust my glasses. i went back a few times and she fixed it right away to finally get the right fix. The front desk employees also are very professional and friendly. My experience to purchase my glasses was easy. thank you.

horrible experience horrible employees i had a confirmed appointmenet they cancelled it in less than 24 hours claiming the doctor was sick... i showed up to the store to three ladies chatting and eating broccolis so unprofessional! one of them finally asked to reschedule my appointmenet while the other two were talking arabic to each other ...again so unprofessional. will find somewhere else to go from now on.
