Agawa Canyon Tour Train
I had always wanted to take the Agawa Canyon Train and the opportunity finally arose this year. It was well worth the wait. The scenery is fantastic. The train chugs along at a modest pace giving passengers lots of time to take pictures. It is well worth while to climb the 300+ stairs to get to the lookout as the view is quite spectacular.

The trip to the canyon was very well organized. The train cars were clean. We liked the history of the area and the development of the railway. We spent 90 minutes in the canyon itself. This time is enough to see several beautiful waterfalls and climb to the top of the mountain to explore the area. We enjoyed this trip. Of course we took our lunch with us.

Lovely, relaxing trip. The train was clean, the windows were clear, the staff was pleasant & hearing the history was interesting. I went with my mom on Oct 1st to enjoy the fall foliage and we both enjoyed the view immensely.I would guess that approximately 68% of the leaves had changed, some areas more than others. My phone's camera truly does not do it justice.Helpful tips*- Pack a lunch and eat it on the train.- Go straight to the lookout (if you can handle the 300+) before checking out the falls otherwise you may run out of time. The stairs on the lookout get very congested, the longer you take to get there, the slower it will be to get to the top.- There are no phone chargers so if you have a little battery pack for your phone/camera, bring it.- Make friends with the people facing AND across the isle from you (the seats are quite close and most people are friendly). If they're cool with the idea, switch seats on the way back so that you can enjoy the view from the other side.cons- It's an older train so if you're a tall person (over 6ft) you may end up knocking knees with the person in front of you.Bon voyage

Agawa Canyon Tour and Train are amazing. We had such an incredible experience today, my husband and I are tempted to do it again tomorrow or in the Fall. We can't comprehend the beauty when we got off the train at the last stop. We were able to do all of the hikes and loved them all, the lookout is breathtaking. Take careful time on the stairs up. All the falls are outstanding and we had to blink to make sure we weren't dreaming. Friendly staff and yummy veggie wrap. Bring snacks and lunch as it is a day trip however they also have them aboard. Great work Agawa Canyon Tour Train and see you soon!

Agawa Canyon Tour Train
This was an excellent trip that gave us an opportunity to step away from technology and just enjoy nature. The parking lot was well organized so that you could quickly park your vehicle. Staff were able to direct passengers to the best location to stand at while waiting for the train to arrive. There was also a portable lift for those needing assistance to board safely. The ride takes approximately four hours each way. Food and drinks can be purchased on the train, or bring your own. We had a fantastic day for weather and Fall colours. Interesting bits of information are shared about the history of the area, from prehistoric to modern. The trails at the Agawa Canyon are well maintained and the views were excellent. We will definitely go back again.

This is a once in a lifetime train tour that I have had. Although we couldn't catch the best Fall colors, still we enjoyed the whole trip. You could enjoy every minute on the train both ways. The stop is only 1.5 hours , a little rush. Hope to come back again to watch better Fall colors.

No doubt we got to see some amazing fall colors but honestly this train ride is simply over-hyped, very pricy & we fell for it! You don't need to take this train ride or drive 7 hours from Toronto just to see the fall colors. There are spectacular fall colors all over in Ontario during fall!

The train journey we had was just awesome. We booked tickets in advance and the view was scenic and breathtaking. The train starts at 8Am and reach Agawa Canyon around 12 and wait there for 1.5hr and reach back to station around 5:45. The washroom was clean and was being cleaned multiple times during the journey. You should carry your own food as food is not available on train and you will get packaged coffee and muffins. You can all the three places but that would be hectic and you wonton be able to enjoy the beauty. I suggest take pictures during train journey and cover waterfalls at the park.

We loved the train ride and the hike on the middle. The staff were very friendly helpful and we enjoyed every bit of the day. Some people could find the train ride back less exciting but we had a chance to rest and enjoy seeing all the sites from a different direction. The trees were just spotted with changes of color but come the middle of September will be spectacular I'm sure.

Agawa Canyon Tour Train
The most scenic train journey some one can have. Its a long day of 10 hours but in fall every second has a breath taking view. The ticket price is very high and the train doesn’t supply a single bottle of water. The lookout point become overly crowded and hardly you can take any pictures without the others in this picture. Best idea to do the water fall hike first and then go for the lookout points. By this time it might be less crowded. The stopover time on the canyon is only an hour and half which is very short after a 4 hours one way ride. Also if you are a group and wants to seat together then better to reach early at the departure terminal otherwise you have to seat separately. The compartment number was given on the ticket but there were no assigned seat number, so its first come first seat. Otherwise it’s a over all great journey with some amazing views.
