Best customer service. Both Jacques and Tom are very professional and friendly. If you see either one, you're sure in a good hand. I did 2 pairs with them, both of the glasses and lens are affordable and in trend. Will sure come back for another pair soon.

I went to at least 6 other optical stores inside Pacific Mall and none had service like this store. They all required me to pay upfront and claim from Green Shield Insurance after. However, Tom Li at Eye Trends Optical made it super convenient for me by helping me bill directly to Green Shield. At this time I was also in a rush to fly back to Vancouver for co-op. Since the Green Shield Insurance takes a week or two to process, Tom was more than willing to ship the sunglasses (2 prada brand new ordered) to my Vancouver address.He also constantly updated me in regards to my purchase order. FANTASTIC customer service Tom! I will definitely recommend this store to anyone! Other pacific mall optical stores are honestly horrible service (personal experiece).

I went with my friend back to Eye Trends Optical Co to get a second pair of glasses for her. The person who assisted us was very friendly and helpful, offering us reasonable options based on our budget.Because we live far away and had to travel there by bus he also expedited our order so we wouldn't need to travel there again the next day.All in all I would give a 6-star rating if I could: friendly advice, reasonably priced options and consideration for our situation.I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of prescription glasses.

Great selection, prices and customer service. They carry a lot of brands and trendy styles that I didn't see in other stores, and Tom was very patient and kind while helping me choose my glasses as well. 10/10 place!
