Pet Valu

It's still got that new store smell! I'm so glad a Pet Valu has opened up in a location that's closer to me. This one is clean, modern, and has the usual selection you'd expect from Pet Valu. Staff is friendly. Looking forward to shopping here regularly.

Absolutely fantastic service offered at this location very helpful in tracking down an item I was looking for and as it turned out it was only available at a different pet store , thank you very much apptreciated !

Terrible customer service. They not only make up their own “policies” but outright lie when asked about them. The manager was even harder to deal with.I came in to return 2 unused items that I had purchased a day prior. Their receipt says refunds can be issued within 30 days (some exceptions apply). To make sure, I even went on the site and neither of the items were excluded from this list. I said this exact thing to the manager and she argued against it saying it was against “their” policy. When I asked them to present this policy in writing, nothing was presented and all of a sudden my return could be processedI’d recommend going to Petsmart. Don’t remember the last time I had any issues like this there.

Nice store, clean, friendly pet-loving staff, I have been looking for a place to bring my golden-doodle on a regular basis, and I just found it. Thank you!

Staff was so friendly. My pup absolutely loved them and felt comfortable. The staff knew the appropriate answers to my questions. Cant wait for our next visit:)
