If a customer inquired about a vehicle and then has to call 3x and leave 2 emails to get a call back and then just gets ghosted, maybe you should take a look at your management and get your staff in check. Unbelievable.

My Husband and I visited Maserati over the weekend. Our experience with the Brand Manager, Jian Gao was amazing. Jian is incredibly knowledgable, professional and welcoming. We were also introduced to another Manager, Liam who made us feel equally as welcome. After years of purchasing at BMW, Mercedes & Porsche, we would highly recommend you also consider Maserati and ask for Jian. Thank-you for a great experience Jian & Maserati of Alberta!

Shame on me trusting them again ,Called in to check a vehicle, no response in two days ,Approached again by there team , chose a vehicle and made deposit on spotDelivery delayed 4 times with extreme poor communication between the team , till I got my deposit back ,Far far away from any Korean brand , you get respected somewhere else

Don't understand the great reviews. Stopped by today when I was running around to see the new Alpha Romeo SUV wasn't even acknowledged as I walked around the show room looking at the SUV. Saw a man outside who was looking at a Mazarati and he said it took quite a while for someone to acknowlege him also. Business must be booming that you can ignore customers.
