Knight Archer Insurance

I recently moved to canada and i visited this branch on this Tuesday evening for registration and insurance. Staff was so welcoming , the way I been treated and information they provided to me, i will say this is one of amazing service i ever got. I remember the name of insurance agent was Briana. She was providing absolute wonderful service to other customers as well despite it was closing time.

Me and my wife went to them to get her Learners Drivers License and were charged $95. I wasn’t given option if I wanted the license valid for 1year or 5 years to which- the attendent casually said that she didn’t know what happened and she didn’t get an option to choose. On further inquiry at that moment (after asking more than 3 times regarding such high cost of License), I was told that I was charged for 5years validity which is the option I don’t want. Upon asking to get refund for their mistake, I was told to come the next day so that they will be able to help me get my refund. On going there next day, I was simply denied that it won’t be possible as it is a non-refundable amount. Upon calling their online number, someone got in touch saying that they will call SGI on my behalf and it has been more than half a week and they have not gotten back to me. I have followed up without getting any reply from that person.

1. Went to register vehicle from AB for first time in SK. Worker said I needed an out of province inspection despite that I met requirements for “New West Partnership” (i.e. no inspection required). I had to show them the info and they agreed an inspection is not needed (shouldn’t they know this?).2. So I am discussing additional insurance beyond the base coverage offered in SK they said I couldn’t get a certain coverage. I asked that they email SGI for confirmation. Sure enough, SGI just required some additional documents for me to have this certain coverage.3. Then they register the WRONG vin number of the vehicle. So I had to come back in and have them enter it in correctly and pay MORE for the insurance I already paid.4. Despite all this mess, I go back months later to register my email with them so I can receive an activation code to access MySGI. I receive no email for weeks. So I decide to call SGI and verify my identity so they can send me an access code. Apparently I wasn’t receiving an access code because the worker at KnightArcher spelt my name wrong in my email.2023 BONUS: they emailed me to renew my AutoPak policy and they had the wrong VIN # on the email.I will absolutely avoid ever going here again.

Knight Archer is my favourite go to SGI ISSUER in the city.The staff here are very courteous and friendly and are always happy to help no matter what inquiries or concerns one may have.

Well worst experience in 10 years with knight archer inc. was there to for the annual renewal and wanted to talk about plate deposit.I wanted to pay full amount for the whole year that way you get discount instead of paying monthly with auto deposit. Rep was too stubborn to listen and was kept interrupting and was just not listening at all. There is always disconount if you pay for the whole year at once but she just kept denying it instead of checking with someone else and attitude for nothing. I always go to east branch , i went there and SURPRISED yes i was right and that stubborn rep wasn't . Well someone give her customer service classes and how to listen and double check the info if don't know .

Went there with my cousin brother and his family as they are newcomers and need Sask IDs, the customer service representative helped us is the best till the date, her name is Krina. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail and as simple as possible. Great customer service from her. Need more people like her there. 5⭐️

I had a tenant policy with them that I was due to renew, but apparently no one answers the phone for Knight Archer anymore. I tried several times and even after letting it ring for at least 15 minutes, no one picked up, but rather I got hung up on. I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere if they can't be bothered to answer their phone.

For the last three times I have had lousy experience with some of your staff member.She was very rude and just said that change you your insurance agent..WOW
