Bath Fitter

We just had a shower installed by Bath Fitters. It was a very positive experience! Their staff, from the owner, to the salesman and the installers are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The installers were efficient and worked nonstop, providing us with a beautiful shower that has a lifetime guarantee. After all that, they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. How much better could it get? Thank you Bath Fitters!

We are in love with our new shower/ tub surround that these guys installed! Was done in a day and looks awesome! Definitely a lot better quality then the Home Depot special that was installed in our house! The fit and finish is amazing and the staff is super helpful and accommodating! would highly recommend to anyone! Have dropped a hit to several co workers already!

I walked into the store and no one was around. I had to wait a few minutes until the man decided to come out fron the back. Understandable at this point. When talking to the man and explaining what I needed, he recommended a part but said they had to order it in, but he would get it as soon as he could. He told me to call him the following week and gave me his business card. I asked if there was anywhere else in town he knew of that I could get a similar part faster since it was a timely issue. He said no without even thinking and said anywhere else would give me something of horrible quality. I think it shows great character of a business to recommend other local businesses. To me this implies Bath Fitter is intimidated by competition and is not a strong business. I called multiple times the following week to ask about the part. He never answered his phone once. The shop said they would leave a message and didn't. I never received the part from them.

The installation of my tub surround seems to be good so far. However they didn't have two parts that were needed & now its been 2 months & I am still waiting. I talked to Randy the office manager & he always has a story. A friend of mine never did hear back from him. My friend finally talked to Paul the salesman & he got the ball rolling. Yours truly, I'm Sure I'll Have to Phone Randy Again.

We had our bathroom done a little over 12 years ago. A couple of years ago, I noticed sections of the tile seem to be lifting away from the wall. As there is a lifetime guarantee, I contacted Bath Fitter in 2021. They were quite accommodating and assured me someone would come out and have a look. I followed up for about 3 months and was told a work order would be put in and nothing ever happened. Due to the covid situation, I put everything on hold. I again contacted them on February 14, 2023 and was told no problem"

Had a walk-in shower installed just over a year ago and wasn't long after there was splitting cracks in basin.Well the leaking cracks had water running into my basement.Called and explained the situation along with pictures. They said to put duct tape over cracks and they would order new basin & replace the defective one.Tech showed up months later with what I was lead to believe a new basin. Turns out that they just had a piece of flat material. Tech did not replace basin but put this flat piece over top of original. Not impressed.Since this install I've called numerous times and have yet to get a call back.Being a disabled veteran, veteran affairs have also called on my behalf and they have not received a response.The product is good but the service is pathetic.

BUYER BEWARE. The service was great when I had bathfitters come in to do the work on my tub. However 10 years later or so, the liner is lifting quite a bit. We have been waiting months for bath fitters to send someone out to repair this. They keep telling us they will send someone out then Noone shows up. This has been going on for a while now. At this point I am wishing I would have just got my bath tub replaced instead of have bath fitters recover it. Less hassle in the long run. UPDATE... 11 months later the tub is lifting again! We are back to playing games with the company to come and fix it. My husband talked to a man yesterday (after not hearing back from bath fitters for a week) this man was rude to my husband. I am very much regretting going with the company. Another update... Now they will not cover the cost to fix the problem under my so called life time warranty even though it was covered before. They now want to charge $75 for this service also trying to blame our house (without taking a look at the tub) for the reason there is water again under their liner they installed. Trying to blame it on the 11 year old caulking job also? I'm sorry but when their technician got the water out from under the liner, HE is the one who redid the caulking. (1 year ago not 11 month) seriously any excuse to screw us over.

Bought a home with a Bath Fitter bathroom. The lifetime warrenter is only with the previous owner so the water gathering between the tub and lining was not covered. Paid for a new lining and had the same problem. After that I was given run around. The bathroom looks alright but the product is not so good.

Had tub and surround installed . Installer said they would leave caulking till we painted just call and they would come back . Well repeated phone calls and they still have not come back also my taps do not work properly and no calls back . I don't recommend this company our sales person was Tom (thought he was a friend) his service was terrible rite from the start
