Unbelievable Service!!

This company must be really good down east, but here in Sault Ste. Marie, they subcontract the cleaning out and here they are responsible for the Galaxy Cinema in the Station Mall. The auditoriums smell bad, there is garbage piled up under the seats. The floors are sticky and have old food and stains on them. I used to clean the Lobby, washrooms and the game room. Never touched the actual theatres themselves. I was appalled by the way the auditoriums were, many evenings the guy wasn’t mopping the floors. Just sweeping. The guy responsible up here is Gerald Salina, During a “meeting” he explained that we need to give the guy who is responsible for the auditoriums a break because he’s doing a great job! Yet the mess left behind is appalling, not that there is anywhere else to see a movie except for Sudbury which is over three hours ago.
