Our home visit was 2 days after I called. Greg was very courteous and offered sound advise for the stove problem we had. As the unit is 8 years old, he let us know this was getting to the end of appliance's lifespan based on how they are built nowadays. We still need to decide to replace or repair.

We have used Barkman Appliance a number of times. They are always very friendly and easy to deal with. They are respectful of our time and the cost of the repair. They take the time to explain what is needed. Justin was quick to respond to my email. He had no problem identifying our photos and providing us with a quote and the expected time of parts arriving. Greg Cooke came on time and called us the next day with further information to help us.Brad, you have a great team. Keep up the good work. We had Greg from Barkman appliance here. We had lots of issues!! What we needed to know is if the old appliances we have that are glitching are worth repairing … or if they were even repairable! He was honest and gave us great advice. We’re not done … he still has to come back to finish one repair. But we got exactly what we asked for… Solid honest service. We will definitely call them back!

We got directed to them from Wiens furniture to fix our dishwasher that was on warranty. They said we will be called within a day, we got a call that day in the morning to schedule an appointment to come and fix it. They came in the morning like they said and were so quick with the entire process. Thank you.

I have always had a great experience when dealing with Barkman Appliance. From their service calls to going into the office just to ask a question or instruction on how to troubleshoot an appliance issue on my own, they are always very eager and happy to help. I have used their services four times now and although having to repair an appliance is a stressful issue, they help take some of the stress away as I always feel like I am dealing with knowledgeable and honest individuals, and that is not always easy to come by these days. Thank you to everyone at Barkman, from the front reception staff to the parts guys and service techs, you are all very much appreciated and your hard and honest work goes a long way with your customers.

I called Barkman Appliance and requested service for a one year old LG refrigerator. I advised the person on the phone that the condenser was not coming on. Service tech shows up later in the day and takes a look at the fridge for ten minutes and tells me that the condenser has failed and they do not service LG condensers. I find it unethical to send a technician out and charge me $200 when I advised the issue, the age, and the brand of the refrigerator.I called them the next day to share how I felt about the service I received. Guy on the phone says he will give me a call back, it’s been a week still no call. Give your business to Valley Central appliance they were way easier to deal with and actually serviced what was required.

Barkman arrived on time. Came in to do a warranty part swap. He was careful and respected the oven. He explained what was going to happen. He was patient and tested the oven after the repair. Couldn't ask for any better service. Thank you.

Great service! Called in the afternoon on Thursday, got an appointment for Friday morning and the tech that we've had a couple of times walked in with the likely culprit replacement part, was in and out in 20 minutes! Very happy with every experience from Barkman Appliance, and the prices are fair for the knowledge and experience of the techs! Highly recommend.

Barkman Appliance Service is always quick to respond. They take time to explain what they are checking and working on. They are very thorough, offer a variety of options for repair and are honest! We wouldn't even consider calling any other appliance repair shop.

We contacted Barkman regarding our upright freezer issue. The repairman was at our place within the week , April 26, 2023 ... prompt, efficient and very pleasant. He got the job done and was very willing to answer all our questions. He was neat and cleaned up also.
