Only Bucks in Georgetown. It's good for a kiosk. If you come on Saturday, bring a chair as you will wait for your drink.

Location is too busy, and the servers are not concerned about the customers, they always seem to just rush through the order, barely anytime to answer questions

The girl at Starbucks in the metro, named Sarah? I think! I love her! She made my coffee perfectly and spelt my name correctly (which never happens) she was super kind and lovely and I think she deserves a promotion!!

It's shocking to me that these employees have been trained to ignore drink requests. I say this because they will all do the same thing. If you ask for customizations like no ice, you pay for your drink, no problem and then they put ice in your drink. I'll politely say I asked for no ice and they'll say you can't do that" or "it should be an upcharge then." Why wouldn't they say that when I order it and pay? They wait till they get your money and then they tell you all of the things you can't do that you can at other locations.I've realized it's the owner that really nickels and dimes you. She will charge you for any change to the drink. Even if the same order in the app or any other location wouldn't. Even something as simple as asking for "no water"

As a former barista, the staff here are not trained properly at all. They do not follow the ticket order system and they make drinks their own way. This isn’t their fault, but the managements. They seem panicked during every rush I’m there for, and confused when asked why an order was made incorrectly. Metro, train your baristas better.

After a rough day, stop by the store and treat myself a coffee. I was standing on line at 6:59pm, there are 2 person working. One lady was doing the order while the other guy was stocking. I said I am ready to order, he told me to wait. 7:07pm, I am still waiting to order. As I have ice cream in my grocery bags, I left. Very disappointed! :(

Last time I order from Starbucks... ordered 2 coffees (in person), left and as i was driving we realized both were cold and burn. We ended up dumping them. I contacted customer service and got 0 response.Also, unbelievably slow.

Such great customer service!! Emily I. and Owen P. were extremely quick and efficient. Emily was super knowledgeable about all the possibilities and drink options and helped me customize my drink. She was extremely patient, a great listener and helpful! Literally such amazing customer service. The drink she recommend was so good! This duo definitely made my experience a positive one and I really hope their management sees this and appreciates them because they are TOP TIER!!! Thanks again, Emily and Owen!!
