Fitmass gear is so versatile and of great quality. Steve, my representative, was the best. He worked with me at selecting what I needed for my needs. He never tried to over sell. He actually saved me money. Along with the quality of the equipment and Steve's attention to detail and his amazing customer service, I definitely recommend Fitmass. If you're in the Ottawa area, ask for Steve. You will not be disappointed. His knowledge and service is second to none.

I will echo the experience of others. I ordered nuobells from this website because of the supposed 1-3 days shipping. I had to send at least 5 e-mails for follow-up and threaten to file a disupte on my credit card before finally receiving them a month later. Each response was non-sensical and filled with outright lies. 0/5 would not recommend.

This company looks professional but when it comes to customer service, they are a joke.After reading on website dumbells ship within 3 days i excitedly ordered and it was almost 3 weeks till i received. One dumbell came all lose inside a different box. The dumbell was heavily damaged from improper shipping. I sent multiple Emails and tried calling several times without an answer. Finally got in touch with Jacob who was ignorant right from the start and basically said it wasn't his problem as he thought just the packaging was damaged. After finally gettin through to him that the dumbell was damaged he finally acceptable reasonability and assured me he would handle it as if it was his own case. After much delay and also a long wait i finally received my bench and then months later received the stand. Those were packaged properly. Jacob said the blackout dumbells were backordered (as all of there stuff is) that once he got them in , he would ship me a replacment dumbell at no extra cost and i was to ship the damaged one back in the packaging that the new one came in. Until then he said to continue using the damaged dumbell which i agreed to. Long story short is this whole process took 6 months and when it came to honoring the agreement of replacing the dumbell at no extra cost to me , they did not come through. I dealt with the owner Maurice after Jacob did not honour agreement, Maurice sounded very understanding on the phone and said he would take care of it and call me back within the hour. Days go by and i had to email him again as phones were not answered. He basically changed his tune completey and said to file a claim with the shipping company to get compensated and refused to replace the dumbell. I specifically told him that i had everything documented, all the emails of promises and that it was my right to post a review explaining my extremely frustrating, arduous and stressful experience and i would do so and he told me i was threatening him and told me he was not tolerating my disrespect and negligence......... LOL. Talk about negligence here.......All in all the product is amazing!!!! However this company is a joke , there customer relation skills are Nill , there professionalism is totally lacking and they hide behind their computer and dont answer the phone I posted reviews on Facebook as well and commented my experience on other frustrated customer posts and they blocked me from their Facebook.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Adding to this as the lies unfold...Ordered 8/25; site said 1-3 day shipping.Got shipping email 8/30.Tracking number wasn't recognized, so emailed 8/31 asking if it had been shipped. With close proximity and the shipping company, usually only takes 1 day.Jacob replied 8/31 saying it indeed had been shipped 8/30.I sent a follow up email 9/3 with no response.I sent another email 9/7 advising I'd be filing a claim with my card company if no response.Jacob replied 9/8 saying they were short staffed, and my order was delayed to ship (directly contradicting his previous email ensuring me it had shipped). Said he would follow up with shipping company and get back to me the next day.I sent an email 9/8 asking why they lied in their first response, and another later in the day as a follow up/refresher.Sent another email 9/9 advising I'd be filing the claim with my card this evening.Email from Jacob on 9/12 blaming everything on Canpar. Offered to have it shipped with FedEx instead so it would get here in 1-2 days and offered $100 compensation. I agreed to it.Email from Jacob 9/13 informing me it had shipped.Email from Jacob 9/14 telling me tracking number is active. Turns out they shipped it with Canpar again (after outlining that they had a ton of shipments with issues from them in previous emails).Shipment arrived 9/15. Two different colours were sent. One was as ordered, one was not.And the damn Styrofoam balls everywhere suck. That's on Nuobelll, not Fitmass.ca though.Emailed Fitmass 9/15 about error.Got an undelivered mail 9/16. Did they block me?Sent a message via Facebook. Advised of a second email address, and that they were going to look into technical issues. Sent an email to the second address given. Was told on Messenger they would ship the correct one out on Monday (9/19) and send a return label for the wrong one.Sent email 9/23 following up as had no responses, and no packages received.Received reply from Mark 9/23 saying he'd look into it.Received email 9/25 from Jacob saying they'd send a return label, and they wouldn't send the replacement until their mistake was returned, contradicting what I was told the week before.Received label 9/26. Confirmed with Jacob it's correct as it's being shipped straight to another customer. Confirmed that it would be available for Canpar to pickup the next day to schedule a pickup.Replacement arrived 9/28Wrong item finally picked up 9/29, after having to move the box in and out at night 3 times.Email sent 10/4 asking when $100 refund would be given.Reply from Jacob 10/4 stating that it would be that day.As of 10/13, still doesn't show as refunded.

I chanced upon this company through Kijiji. I dealt with the owner Adel - he was wonderful! Not only was communcations quick and easy, he was super patient when I showed up in person and wanted him to explain the pros and cons of the product I was interested in - the Nuobell 550 set. He gave me a better deal than advertised, and threw in some bonus items for my fitness journey! If you are in the market for Nuobells - look no further than FiTMASS !!! They also have hex dumbells, barbells, plates, benches etc ... when I start graduating to other equipment than dumbbells I will definitely consider buying from FiTMASS first before I look anywhere else. Very happy to be supporting a wonderful business.

Extremely disappointing. Although the vendor did ship the product to me in a timely manner, they sent me the wrong color. Initial attempts to contact customer service were successful, and a commitment to send out the correct order was made. However, they sent the items to wrong person in the wrong province. Attempts to contact customer service to address this issue have been unsuccessful through the website, their personal email, and listed phone number. When you pay nearly $1,000 for a product, you expect to receive what you ordered. I highly advise AGAINST placing any order with this company. Save yourself the headaches, and order from anyone other than FITMASS.

Highly recommend Fitmass if your looking to get a set of authentic Nuobell Dumbbells. Good price and very fast shipping, we received our new dumbbells in a day on a Saturday no less. Lots of fakes out there or ones that say “Nuobell Style”. There’s only one Nuobell and there is only one place to get them - FITMASS!

So impressed with this company. I have ordered a lot of gym equipment over the past 2 years and I have never seen faster delivery. The dumbbells I ordered arrived at my door in less than 15 hours after I placed the order! Wow, simply incredible and I would highly recommend FiTMASS to anyone looking for top quality equipment.

Possibly the worst online shopping experience I have had, If I could give 0 stars I would. Following the tune of other REAL reviewers here I also made a purchase from FITMASS which they failed to ship out within the mentioned time on their shipping policy. Once contacted about the order they respond and say that they are short staffed and will ship out the order the next day. That does not happen. I then try to call this company" and after many attempts on many different days of trying to call this "company" and only getting a voice mail

Great place to buy weights at an affordable price. Jacob was accommodating and professional as well. I highly recommend regardless that I might have to give out my source for plates. Lol
